300 years before the new heroes birth there once was a vampire girl and a dragon prince both of them fell in love at first sight. However the dragons were conservative and didn't allow inter-species relationships. and the princes father was no exception he had even killed the princes older sister and her lover as she had fallen in love with a human. So the prince fearing his and the vampire girls death had planned to fake their deaths and run away together to a small city where every species was living with no discrimination it was located on the human continent. the princes plan worked and they were living there peacefully for 5 years and they gave birth to twins one boy and one girl the boy named Ryuki had a black left eye and red right eye, the girl named Aki had a black right eye and a red left eye and they both had black hair, black horns, black wings, black tails and black scales on the sides of their cheeks arms and torso. The couple was overjoyed with the twins healthy birth.
But alas such happiness isn't bound to last forever. One day while the former prince was flying around in dragon form he accidentally flew too close to the dragon continent and was spotted by some guards and one trailed him secretly. and found out that hes been living on the human continent with a vampire girl.
The guard then flew back and informed the king when then ordered the knights to kill the former prince, the vampire girl and the twins. But one of the knights was the best friend of the former prince and was loyal to only the prince, had flown away in secret to inform him. The couple had then decided to steel themselves for death. They wrapped the twins in presence concealing cloths and smeared them with dirt and monster guts and blood to erase their scent and had sent the twins to the beastmen continent which was separated from the human continent by only a river.
Soon after that the knights came to kill the couple and the twins but half of the knights had died by the former princes hands but he was quickly overwhelmed by their numbers and they both perished. The knights couldn't find the twins and reported it to the king who then asked the one who was tailing the former prince if he was spotted he said no and the king had suspected someone had informed them beforehand. Then he remembered the former princes best friend and after he confirmed he told them and couldn't get the information on where the twins were had him executed for aiding traitors and had kept searching for the twins up until he died 70 years later from a coup d'etat.
The twins washed ashore near a small catfolk village and was taken in by a young couple about 250 years of age. (catfolk beastmen average about 700 years of life dragons about 1500 years and vampires about 3000 years) 80 years (8 to dragons) after they were adopted (10 years after the coup) the twins now children were playing with the other children and suddenly a beam of black and red light shot down on them and they fell to ground and passed out. as there was no church in the small village the catfolk couple had to take the twins to the beastmen capital, Loranis which was 2 days away.
The couple had arrived in Loranis and went to the church it was similar to the one in the human continent. The couple went inside and there was on old dogfolk man as the head priest and took out the status balls and the needles and pricked the twins' fingers and put the blood on the status balls and they changed to black and red swirling inside together for both of them.

The dogfolk old man sends one of the priests off to tell the elders of the beastmen which are the representatives of each of the beastmen tribes. The dogfolk old man drops to his knees and starts praying in front of the twins. After that two boxes appear with a flash the dogfolk stands up and walks over to the boxes and opens the one on the right. Inside there is an outfit so black it absorbs all the light consisting of a t-shirt, a long coat, fingerless gloves, a choker with a single chainlink on it, cargo pants with chains hanging from the waist and combat boots, next theres also a pair of six shot revolvers that have a rectangular barrel thats a foot long, holsters for the guns, 20 boxes containing 500 bullets each, visor sunglasses that have far-sight, clear-sight, x-ray vision and fore-sight on them and 3 books.
After looking at the strange weapons the dogfolk opens the box on the left inside theres an outfit so black it absorbs all the light consisting of a corset, a choker with a single chainlink, fingerless gloves, a pleated skirt and heeled boots, next theres a pair of Japanese style short swords with sheaths, and 2 books.
The priest who went to the elders came back with the birdfolk elder and led her inside and she examined the twins' stats.
"hmm yes they are quite powerful indeed. however regarding this 'gunslinger' i do not know what it is I am sorry to disappoint"
The birdfolk picks up one of the guns and examines it very closely.
"nor do i know what this is. but thank you for bringing this to our attention we cannot simply let them walk around freely lest they end up hurting someone or themselves on accident. I shall get a bearfolk to help them train their strength and a foxfolk for their speed. as for their class training i will have the tigerfolk elder train the girl as he is also a swordmaster and i will personally train the boy as i want to learn what these guns are and i will learn quicker than most."
