Third Day of the Fierce Dragon Fleet's Control over the Third Planet of the Sapphire Star System
The hive motherships both inside and outside the planet had been largely eliminated, and 95% of the ground-based interstellar zergs on the planet had been eradicated. Only a few scattered pockets of ground-based interstellar zergs occasionally emerged.
But this was not a significant issue.

"How is the current situation?" Zhao Chen massaged his temples. He hadn't rested properly these past few days.
Although the situation appeared calm, the circumstances in various star systems were still somewhat overwhelming.
This was because those Cosmic Zerg Nests continued to appear, albeit at a reduced frequency.
However, the emergence of high-level Cosmic Zerg Nests posed a significant threat.
After all, all interstellar fleets currently available in the North Wind Star Domain had been deployed to the star systems where the Cosmic Zerg Nests first appeared.
The continued appearance of Cosmic Zerg Nests in other star systems would undoubtedly increase the difficulty of dealing with the Zerg Plague across the entire North Wind Star Domain.
Therefore, aside from the immediate battlefield, Zhao Chen was constantly monitoring the situation in other star systems.
"How is the evacuation of the third planet progressing?" Zhao Chen looked at Secretary Officer Lilith.
Lilith replied, "We are currently on the sixth batch of evacuations. As we acquire more interstellar transport ships, our capacity has increased significantly.
From the initial batch, which could only evacuate five million people, our current interstellar transport ship fleet can now evacuate fifty million people in a single operation, and this number continues to grow.
So far, a total of six batches have evacuated one hundred million people."
One hundred million people.
For a planet with a population of over a billion, this represented less than 10% of the evacuation work completed.
Zhao Chen raised his hand and opened the star map.
It was the star map of the Sapphire Star System.
"Up to now, the Cosmic Zerg Nests that appeared in this star system have mostly disappeared.
The interstellar zergs that emerged have begun to gather and are currently divided into three groups, located in three directions within this star system, all converging toward our position.
Previously, we predicted we had ten days. Three days have already passed, leaving seven days remaining.
In the remaining seven days, we must continue to evacuate the remaining over one billion people..." Zhao Chen furrowed his brow.
The difficulty was immense!
"Lilith, how many people can we evacuate at most within seven days?" Zhao Chen inquired.
"Although our interstellar transport ship fleet is still expanding, the rate of increase has slowed.
Within seven days, we can evacuate at most another one billion civilians.
It is highly likely that seven to eight hundred million people will be unable to be evacuated or relocated," Lilith replied.
Zhao Chen frowned; this problem was too thorny.
Recalling earlier, he had fantasized about completing three side missions, but now even handling a single side mission was proving so challenging.
[Sapphire Star System Third Planet Rescue Campaign: Completion 6% (At least 70% required)]
The mission requirement was at least 70% completion. According to the data provided by Lilith, this was simply impossible to achieve.
What should he do?
Zhao Chen furrowed his brow.
"Bring up the data on the Zerg Fleet in the Sapphire Star System," Zhao Chen said, turning to Charlotte beside him.
Charlotte presented the prepared data information to Commander Zhao Chen.
So far, the Sapphire Star System has seen the emergence of two Level 3 Cosmic Zerg Nests, seven Level 2 Cosmic Zerg Nests, and twenty-three Level 1 Cosmic Zerg Nest.
This is several more than the data Zhao Chen initially saw for the star system, all of which have appeared in the last three days.
In total, within the Sapphire Star System, there are now nine T3 Nest Motherships, nearly a hundred T2 Hive Motherships, and nearly a thousand T1 Hive Motherships.
They are divided into three main forces.
They have already captured nearly one-third of the star system's territory.
Facing such a massive and terrifying Zerg Fleet, without a Legion-level Starfleet stationed here and with sufficient military supplies, it would be impossible to defeat these Hive Motherships.
Although Zhao Chen's Starships possess high Combat Capability and are unafraid of these Zerg, what happens when the Ammunition runs out or the energy is depleted?
No matter how powerful a Starship is, once its Ammunition is exhausted and its energy depleted, it becomes nothing more than a steel coffin.
"It seems defense alone won't work. We need to take the initiative and launch an attack," Zhao Chen muttered to himself.
If they merely hold their ground on the Third Planet, the Hive Fleets will eventually swarm them, and the defeat of the Fierce Dragon Fleet would only be a matter of time.
The only solution is to select one of the three forces and eliminate it, then use the time difference to deal with the remaining two.
This poses an immense test for the combat capabilities of the Fierce Dragon Fleet.
"When will our Main Fleet arrive?" Zhao Chen inquired about a crucial piece of information.
"Within two days!" Charlotte replied.
Zhao Chen scratched his head. "I originally wanted to stay hidden a bit longer, but given the current situation... it seems hiding is no longer an option. Order the T3 Phoenix-class Heavy Carrier Starship to follow with the supporting T2 Starships to reinforce us, but remember..."
Zhao Chen gave his instructions.
Upon receiving the order, Charlotte immediately began making arrangements.
"Commander, although the evacuation is proceeding smoothly, the concentration of large numbers of people in the shelters has led to some restlessness. There have even been large-scale disturbances at some evacuation points. While they were all suppressed with force in time, if this continues, it will undoubtedly cause significant harm! I have an idea... but..." Secretary Officer Lilith looked at Zhao Chen, hesitating and appearing very conflicted.
"You need me to make an appearance," Zhao Chen saw through Secretary Officer Lilith's thoughts.
Lilith nodded.
"I know what you're thinking. Arrange the schedule for me. Right now, the people on this planet need a banner to rally behind. And here, only I, who once saved the Faculty and Students of the Two Academies, can serve as that banner to reassure them," Zhao Chen said with a smile.
"As for your concerns about my safety, I've faced the Swarm without fear before, let alone these civilians," Zhao Chen shrugged.
"I will arrange escorts for you, and the T3 Blizzard-class Light Interstellar Battlecruiser will remain on alert above you at all times," Secretary Officer Lilith assured him.
Zhao Chen smiled without speaking. He possessed the T3 Super Soldier Gene, and besides, he had some life-preserving technology on him as well. While it couldn't be said to be one hundred percent safe, to accomplish the mission, he had to accept a little risk.
Afterwards, Zhao Chen once again left the T3 Blizzard and boarded a shuttle to begin his tour of the planet.
Secretary Officer Lilith had arranged several relatively safe evacuation points for him.
Zhao Chen's first stop was a large stadium, which was now crowded with millions of people.
Upon hearing the news that the commander of the Fierce Dragon Fleet, which was rescuing them, would personally visit, they were all extremely excited.
The security captain responsible for maintaining order here had long cleared an area and a walkable route, ensuring that people on both sides would remain at least ten meters away from the commander when the time came!
The shuttle landed.
First, a team of stunning female soldiers appeared.
"Form a defensive formation," ordered the guard captain.
Semi-transparent energy shields were held in their hands, forming a "shield formation."
Then, Zhao Chen stepped out, and millions of eyes were now fixed on him.
"Hello everyone, I am Viscount Zhao Chen of the Fierce Dragon Fleet.
Please rest assured, as I, Zhao Chen, previously rescued the faculty and students of the two academies in the Azure Star Domain.
Here, I will do everything in my power to lead everyone to safety!" Zhao Chen's resounding voice echoed throughout the stadium.
His simple words, like a lifeline, ignited excitement among the crowd.
Afterward, Zhao Chen and his entourage began their inspection tour.
Just as Zhao Chen reached the halfway point, a call from one side caught his attention.
"Lord! Lord! We are the Jiang Family from the Fierce Dragon Star System! It's us!"
Zhao Chen looked over and saw a disheveled, frail man pushing through the crowd, waving and shouting at him.
At first, Zhao Chen didn't recognize the man.
The Jiang Family?
Was that Jiang Ziwen?
Zhao Chen recalled his former fiancée's younger brother, who had once looked down on him.
If Jiang Ziwen was here, didn't that mean the Jiang Family was also here?
Sure enough, Zhao Chen soon spotted a group of Jiang Family members.
Patriarch Jiang Xiong, Jiang Shasha...
What a coincidence.
They had migrated to the third planet of the Sapphire Star System.
