And the midnight call .
Jay jay's pov :~
The ride home was quite. Too quite. Which was weird because Me and aries are always arguing or teasing eachother. Something must be up. I slightly leaned into the window looking the view outside.
Suddenly Aries cleared his throat. I know what that meant, It means he wants to discuss something serious. I turned to look at him.
"Jay", he called , I nodded at him ,signaling him to continue.
Aries - Do you and keifer know eachother, I mean keifer never looks at girls, let alone talk to them.
Jay - we are childhood friends. Dad and his mom were friends.
Aries - ok , i just wanted to make sure. Section E never let girls in their world unless they are important.
Jay - i heard from freya and BTW are you and keifer close, you seem to know a lot about him.
Aries - we were but not anymore after the — nevermind. Forget i said anything .
Jay - it's ok, tell me when you are fine with.
Aries - fine let's go know , it's weird talking to you normaly.
Jay - heyy! You are the one that starts the fights.
Aries - okay , lets go home now.
As we reached home Tita greeted us with warm smile , i replied with a small smile and went upstairs to freshen up. After taking a quick bath to clear my mind, i checked my phone not my normal phone the secret one. I got a message from the head saying —
" Tomorrow at 4pm , Joint meeting with black panthers , corrination of new heads and new inner circles."
I replied back —
" I will be there "
I put the phone back in its place and took my normal phone and just then keifer called —
Jay - hello !
Keifer - hi, you got the message .
Jay - yeah , I did . How are we gonna sneak out , kuya will ask me questions.
Keifer - Just say that you are going with section e, we can cover it up by telling section e to come at 6 pm and say we are going at 4 pm to your kuya it should be fine.
Jay - thanks keif and did you hear yuri is coming back .
Keifer - i did, he is also coming to the meeting.
Jay - yeah, we should take our guns just in case .
Keifer - I was thinking the same . Now enough with the bussiness talk. How are you jay, really .
Jay - things are getting complicated keif, dad has cancer and I should be there for him but i can't go now everything will be ruined.
Keifer - hey, don't worry about it . Percy is there right even if he is childish he is still serious when it matters and you have me, i will always be there for you .
Jay - thanks keifer , but i still want to meet him.
Keifer - you will, when the time is right. Now just rest. You need it.
Jay - i will and you rest to you need it as well. Good night, bye.
Keifer - bye jay! Sleep well
We ended the call. So many things are happening but I know for sure that we got each other.
