School was over jay and keifer went home acting like normal student .But that wasn't it, they had to go to the meeting. It was easy for keifer to sneak out , but for jay, it was harder than any missions she went on. She stepped into the living room hiding her gun in her bag and preparing to convince angelo.
Jay -umm kuya ...
Angelo - what is it jay.
Jay - kuya me and section e planned to go to amusement park to celebrate yuri's return. Can i please go.
Angelo - Fine ! but be back before 8 or else i'am sending a search party and ground you for a week .
Jay - thank you kuya , Bye !
Angelo - Go now before i change my mind .
( jay rushed to outside where keifer was waiting for her with a motorcycle ) .
Keifer - everything alright ?
Jay - yeah ,Let's go !
Keifer - hop on and hold tight .

The moment keifer and jay entered every head turned to look at them. They walked in like they owned the room, which they pretty much did. The current " Heads " were already steated. Jay and keifer walked up to them.
Current head of SP - you both are on time , i see .
Jay - we are always on time head.
Current head of BP - since you both are here let's get to the point.
Current head of SP - we are holding this meeting to form an alliance between our both gangs .
Current head of BP - And also to announce that we are retiring and passing down our positions to the most outstanding candidates from our gangs :
Current head of SP - The new head of the Shadow Prison will be :~ " Jasper jean mariano " .
Current head of BP - And the new head of Black Panthers will be :~" Mark keifer watson ."
— " This is our finale decision we will be making as heads. "
Current head of SP - They will be provided with rings that have the gangs symbols which only the people of underworld will recognize them.
The heads passed the rings to jay and keifer and lastly said — " you two will choose your inner circle and lead them ." Don't make us regret choosing you .
Jay and keifer - we won't make you regret it !
"Good ", they said as they left .

Jay - our decision is final now , if you cross it —

Everyone - Yes boss !!
Jay - The first order we are giving you is to keep an eye on kaizer and others .
Keifer - if you find out anything , inform us immediatly .
Both gangs - okay boss !!
Jay - Now everyone head back .
Keifer - except Yuri and Angela ( she is yuri's love intrest )

Keifer - yuri ! Keep an eye on sato and jason from japan resources.
