(9 Years Later
)Jay POV
The quadruplets had grown up beautifully over the years.
Kai was calm and protective. He didn't talk much, but he always noticed everything. He was the one who stayed steady when things got chaotic.
Kyle was loud, playful, and full of mischief. He brought energy everywhere he went and somehow turned even normal moments into chaos.
Kath was smart and sarcastic. Quick-minded, sharp, and observant. he always understood things faster than others and never missed a detail.
And Kiki… Kiki was different.
She had long chestnut-brown highlighted hair and striking blue-gray eyes, just like her grandmother. She stood out naturally without even trying. Calm, focused, and quietly strong.
Even my son had those same chestnut highlights in sunlight .
Sometimes I still can't believe how fast time has passed.
Sometimes at night, when the mansion is silent, I think about section e. I wonder what they would think if they saw them now—so grown up, so talented, so full of life.
But I don't stay in those thoughts long.
Because I'm busy packing.
Right now, I have six kids' bags to pack.
And it's complete chaos.
Life didn't slow down after everything settled.
Thyme and Gorya got married one year later. Kevin and Kanning got married a month after that. Everything slowly became peaceful again.
Aran, the child of Thyme and Gorya, is one year younger than my quadruplets. Kanya was born later and brought even more energy into the family.
MJ got married last year and is now expecting twins. His wife, Aum, is already eight months pregnant.
And Ren is planning his wedding with Rina. They are a really good couple.
Now we are all going to London.
The kids have been selected for an international competition.
They formed an under-10 school team, competing in multiple sports.
Each child has their own strengths:
Kai is best in football (centre back) and strong in swimming (freestyle).
Kyle plays basketball (shooting guard) and is powerful in hockey (forward).
Kath shines in tennis (singles) and badminton (doubles) with sharp precision.
Kiki stands out in gymnastics and also archery, where her focus and control make her excellent.
Aran is strong in athletics (100m sprint) and also enjoys dance competitions.
Kanya is graceful in figure skating-style dance routines and also very good in relay races.
The house is pure chaos right now.
Sports kits everywhere. Shoes missing. Bags half-packed. Someone shouting from upstairs. Someone arguing in the hallway.
"Kai, did you pack your football boots?" I ask.
Kai answers calmly, "Yes. They're already in my bag."
A second later, Kyle shouts, "WHERE ARE MY BASKETBALL SHOES?!"
Kai replies without even looking up, "In your bag. I packed them."
Silence.
"…Oh," Kyle says.
Kath smirks. "Expected."
Kiki is sitting quietly in the corner, stretching lightly while preparing mentally for gymnastics and archery practice in London.
I exhale and look around the mansion.
This is my life now.
Six kids. Endless talent. Endless chaos.
And a flight to London waiting for us.
If we don't finish packing soon…
We are definitely going to be late.
Keifer POV
It had been nine years since Jay disappeared.
Nine years, and we still never truly stopped searching for her.
But life…
life never waits for anyone.
It kept moving forward no matter how badly we wanted time to stop.
At some point, I buried myself completely in work.
Meetings.
Projects.
Business deals.
Anything to stop thinking too much.
Over the years, I slowly became distant from everyone.
Not because I hated them.
But because drowning in work felt easier than drowning in memories.
Still…
Section E never left me alone for too long.
Somehow, they always dragged me back before I completely disappeared into darkness.
And honestly?
Maybe that's the only reason I never fully broke.
Now all of us were heading to London.
Officially, I had an important meeting with MKM Company.
A mysterious company owner nobody had properly met before.
Unofficially?
We all just needed a break from life.
Especially because the children had been selected for international under-10 competitions.
And somehow—
every single child turned out terrifyingly talented.
Grace and Denzel arrived first with Grazel beside them.
Grazel (9) — Basketball
Team captain. Strategic, responsible, and the one everyone naturally listened to.
In her hands, she quietly held onto Solorex tightly.
The small toy her godmother, Jay, had given her years ago.
Even after all this time, she still carried it everywhere during important moments.
Because somehow, holding it made her feel like Jay was still there with her.
Even after nine years…
they were all still trying to find her.
Grace noticed the toy immediately but said nothing.
Denzel gently placed his hand on Grazel's head for a moment before fixing her captain jacket carefully.
"Did you pack your extra basketball shoes?" Grace asked seriously.
Grazel sighed dramatically.
"Mom, you asked me that six times already."
"And I'll ask seven."
Denzel laughed quietly.
Nearby, Honey and Percy were already arguing with Prysha in the middle.
Prysha (8) — Football / Soccer
Fast, aggressive, and terrifyingly competitive during matches.
"I'm telling you, football is harder than basketball," Prysha declared confidently.
Percy looked offended immediately.
"Excuse me? Basketball takes skill."
Honey crossed her arms.
"You literally lost balance while putting on your shoes yesterday."
"That was a tactical fall."
"No, it wasn't."
Prysha groaned.
"Why are you both embarrassing me before an international competition?"
Meanwhile, Ion and Angelo were struggling with their twins.
Aeron (8) — Relay Race + Skateboarding
Reckless, daring, and full of chaotic energy.
Arielle (8) — Figure Skating
Elegant, disciplined, and quietly competitive.
"AERON GET OFF THE LUGGAGE TROLLEY!"
"I'm testing aerodynamics!"
"YOU ARE THE PROBLEM WITH AERODYNAMICS!"
Beside them, Arielle stood calmly fixing her skating gloves while pretending not to know her brother.
Angelo sighed dramatically.
"One child gives me peace. The other gives me stress."
Ion nodded immediately.
"Guess which one."
"HEY!"
Edrix and Freya stood nearby with Kael.
Kael (7) — Swimming
Calm, focused, and naturally talented in freestyle swimming.
Unlike the others, Kael quietly checked his swimming bag himself without needing reminders.
Freya smiled softly.
"At least one child here acts responsible."
Edrix looked toward Aeron flying off the trolley in the distance.
"Thank God Kael inherited your personality."
Not far away, Mayo and Kit were trying to stop Nico from talking to random strangers.
Nico (6) — Baseball
Funny, emotional, and somehow friends with everyone.
"Hi! What's your name?"
"Nico, stop introducing yourself to everyone."
"But what if they become my friends?"
Kit sighed.
"That's exactly the problem."
Yuri and Angela arrived while Yuna quietly held Angela's hand.
Yuna (6) — Gymnastics
Sweet, graceful, and secretly chaotic.
Yuna looked sweet and innocent as always.
Which was dangerous.
Because sweet-looking children caused the most chaos.
"Yuna," Yuri said carefully, "why are you smiling like that?"
"Nothing."
Angela immediately looked suspicious.
"That answer scares me."
Nearby, David carried Zayne upside down over his shoulder because the child somehow climbed onto the airport railing five seconds earlier.
Zayne (5) — Cheer Squad
Fearless, energetic, and constantly climbing things.
"I CAN WALK MYSELF!"
"No, you can't."
Sara rubbed her forehead tiredly.
"This child fears absolutely nothing."
Ella and Aries stood beside little Astra, who was currently asking me impossible questions.
Astra (5) — Cheer Squad
Curious, clever, and always asking impossible questions.
"So technically, if planes can fly because of air pressure, could humans fly if we—"
"No."
"But I didn't finish the question."
"The answer is still no."
Aries laughed while Ella tried not to.
And little Elio?
Elio (4) — Cheer Squad
Cute, stubborn, and follows older kids everywhere.
Bella and Felix were chasing him around because he kept trying to follow the older kids onto restricted areas.
"I WANNA GO WITH THEM!"
"You're too little!"
"I'M BIG!"
"You are four!"
Before boarding the jet, my eyes moved toward Rakki and Ci-n standing slightly away from the chaos.
Even after all these years, they were still somehow one of the calmest couples among us.
Well…
most of the time.
Ci-n was leaning against the car while Rakki fixed his engagement ring absentmindedly.
Yes.
They were finally engaged.
After years of endless teasing, denial, arguments, and everyone already treating them like a married couple anyway—
they had finally made it official.
"Stop staring at the ring every five seconds," Ci-n said.
"I'm not staring."
"You literally looked at it while blinking."
Rakki coughed awkwardly while Section E laughed in the background.
And nearby—
Mica looked one second away from starting violence.
Nine months pregnant and completely exhausted, she sat carefully while Calix hovered around her nervously like a bodyguard.
"Calix, if you ask me whether I'm okay one more time, I will personally throw you out of the plane."
"...You sure you're okay though?"
"CALIX."
Everyone burst into laughter instantly.
Calix immediately raised both hands in surrender.
Honestly…
seeing everyone together after all these years felt strange sometimes.
We had changed so much.
Some became parents.
Some became calmer.
Some became stronger.
Some were engaged.
Some were about to become parents for the first time.
But somehow, when all of us gathered together again—
it still felt like the same old Section E.
Just older.
And far more chaotic.
Soon enough, all the luggage was finally loaded.
The children ran excitedly toward the private jet while adults desperately tried controlling them.
"NO RUNNING!"
"I'M NOT RUNNING!"
"THEN WHY ARE YOU SPRINTING?!"
"I'M WALKING FAST!"
I sighed while watching the chaos around me.
London…
here we come.
None of us knew yet—
that this trip was about to change everything.
