As Zeff reemerge onto the deck of The Fancy holding the final prize that he had claimed from Drum, he took notice of the pair of people walking across his ice bridge. Holding his hand out and preparing to melt the temporary pathway, he relented once he saw that it was Kureha carrying a seemingly injured Mayando. With a flick of his wrist, the portion of the bridge that the doctor was standing on detached from the rest of it, gently floating them onto the ship's deck.
"Are you two alright?" Zeff asked as the pair hopped off the block of ice. Almost simultaneously with her disembarkment, Kureha bucked the young fishman off of her back, eliciting a grunt of pain as he landed firmly on the ship's deck.
"He can't walk very well after that window shredded his legs, but he'll recover eventually," Kureha said as she bent backwards, loudly popping her back several times. "Mayando, get a little rest, but then we need you to bring the ship by. The Navy knows we're here, and we need to try and get out of Water 7 as soon as possible," she said as Zeff released a heavy sigh.
"You're definitely not wrong, doc," Zeff said as he pointed just across the sea at the trio of oncoming ships. "But we have some problems that we have to deal with before we can leave. Even if we got everyone on board, they would just blow us to smithereens before we could get anywhere," he said as undid the button of the chef's jacket that had been hanging off of his shoulders, allowing it to fall to the deck as he began to approach the ice bridge once more.
"My Observation isn't as refined as yours. How much trouble are we in?" Kureha asked as she glanced nervously toward the ships.
"Enough that even Rocks will need our help," Zeff said with a frown before leaping down toward the frozen sea. Following his lead, Kureha leaped back onto the floating block of ice that she had arrived on, and a quick point of the chef's fingers flew it immediately in his direction.
As the pair rapidly flew toward the dock, their captain felt the approaching Haki and smiled as 4 figures led the platoons of navy soldiers from the arriving ships. Rocks held out his hand before either Saul or Tom could approach on his behalf, slowly walking forward as he smiled at his approaching opponents.
"Ooh boy, I never thought I'd get to see you again Rocks!" Ochoku shouted with glee, though with a strangely bestial tone compared to the last time that Rocks had spoken with him.
"Calm down, Zhi. Remember how it went the last time you two fought?" Ganzui said with stoic confidence.
"Just make sure to keep civilian casualties at zero and property damage to a minimum," Bogart said as he unsheathed his blade.
"I've never liked the idea of the Warlords in the first place, Bogart. Make sure you keep an eye on the, cuz I know I will," Zephyr said, cracking his fists as the sunlight reflected off of his arms metallic sheen.
"Don't start without me!" Kureha cackled as her glacial platform shattered onto the dock.
"Be careful, doc! Those take some work to make!" Zeff shouted as he turned the ice bridge into a ramp and launched himself onto the dock as well.
As the forces of both sides arrived and the last of Water 7's citizens retreated indoors, Rocks took a quick glance to the open sea. The sun had started to set, and he had to admit that he couldn't help but admire a nice view before a fight like this.
