'Bingo'
Seeing the familiar faces of Bruce and Betty walking up to the College, Damien controls Dr. Sterns and has him start walking out of the college. Bruce and Betty instantly spot him and Betty takes the led in introducing herself.
"Dr. Sterns! I'm sorry to bother you, I'm Elisabeth Ross." Betty runs up to him and introduces herself.
"Oh! Your Dr. Ross, it's a pleasure to meet you." Dr. Sterns blanks for a moment before remembering who she is. He then quickly grabs her hand and shakes it vigorously causing one of his nails to create tiny barely noticeable paper like cut that Betty doesn't feel due to her shock and nervousness.
"Yes, I have someone to meet you." Bruce, with a hat partially covering his face walks up from behind her.
"It's Mr. Blue isn't it?" Bruce asks while looking him over.
"Mr. Green?" Dr. Sterns says while looking visibly surprised looks Bruce over.
"Come with me to my lab!" Without waiting for a reply Dr. Sterns runs off back into the College towards his lab. Bruce and Betty look at each other before following him inside.
Watching them leave, Damien quietly slips into Dr. Sterns lab through a window and hides in one of the side rooms where he can simultaneously listen to the conversation going on between the three people and use the knowledge acquired through Dr. Sterns to create a concentrated version of the antidote used by Dr. Sterns in the movie to temporarily suppress the Hulk.
"Hopefully this batch of the antidote that's about 10 times more concentrated than in the movie will be enough to kill Bruce or at the very least suppress the Hulk long enough for me to be able to kill Bruce without the Hulk coming out and reviving him while healing all the damage done to him." Damien then cuts his palm causing a dark slightly viscous liquid to start leaking out which he then proceeds to let pour into an empty beaker until it hits the 100 milliliter mark then grabs another beaker and fills it to the 100 milliliter mark as well, after which his wound almost instantly stitches itself back together.
'Luckily, while I was sitting on that bench while waiting for Bruce, I experimented with my Infectious Touch ability and found that I can concentrate the virus in my body into a black slightly viscous liquid that's looks similar to the zombie virus serum that I took which drastically shortens the time necessary for the virus to fully infect the human body. With this the incubation period for Bruce's corpse to turn should only be 10 minutes instead of the default hour. The only downside of this is how bio-energy intensive it is as just creating 200 milliliters of it drained over 50% of my reserves.' Damien then begins to mix one of the beakers contents into the antidote causing it to turn a dark violet color. The other one he leaves for Emil Blonsky, the future Abomination when he decides that he wants to become like the Hulk.
After getting everything ready Damien leaves the lab and stealthily breaks into college cafeteria which is closed due to how late it is. He then starts greedily devouring food to quickly restore the bio-energy he consumed when creating the concentrated virus meant for the Hulk.
'I need to be at 100% in case something bad happens with Hulk or Abomination which requires me to fight them.' Damien then returns to the lab after his bio-energy reserves are restored to 100%.
As Damien waits in the side room he begins to experiment with his other abilities to see if he can find any secrets still hiding within them. The door then opens revealing Dr. Sterns who walks in before closing the door behind him.
"Progenitor, everything is ready and Bruce has been strapped to the chair. Is there anything else that needs to be done before we can proceed with the plan?" Dr. Sterns asks while bowing his head.
"No, just proceed to give him the concentrated antidote with the virus in it and then make sure to step away from him once he starts transforming to prevent him from injuring you." Damien hands him the dark violet antidote mixed with the virus.
"Yes Progenitor, your will is my command." Dr. Sterns takes the antidote and hooks it up to the dialysis machine that he will use to administer the antidote into Bruce's body.
Dr. Sterns then proceeds to start the dialysis process along with electrocuting Bruce which causes Bruce to start transforming into the Hulk.
"AHH! ARGH!" The restraints start snapping under Hulks struggle to escape but just as he is about to snap the last of the restraints Betty jumps on top of him.
"Bruce, Bruce look at me, stay with me. The antidote now!"
Dr. Sterns injects goes to inject the antidote into Bruce's bloodstream but as he does the machine starts beeping while showing error signs causing him to have to do a full body slam for the machine to start injecting the antidote.
Just as the antidote seems to be working and Hulk starts reducing in size he seems to notice something that instantly causes him to grow in size again and start thrashing even more fiercely and even disregards Betty causing her to slam into one of the machines, knocking her unconscious.
Damien, seeing Hulks violent reaction to the antidote realizes that Hulk can sense the virus contained within it and is desperately trying to resist it even with the antidote severily weakening him.
Damien quickly arrives in front of Hulk in a flash. Seeing that only half of the antidote has been injected Damien quickly grabs the unconscious Betty and holds a scalpel to her neck.
"Hulk! Stop resisting or Betty dies!" Damien yells at Hulk while making sure he can see the scalpel so he understands that she's in danger.
Hulk instantly stops struggling seeing a strange man who radiates danger holding a blade to Betty's neck. He can instinctually tell that Betty's life or death is of no concern to the man, as if she's livestock.
"GRRR, HULK KILL YOU!!!" Hulk yells full of rage but even then he doesn't resist and lets the antidote and the virus run rampant through his body. He starts growing smaller and smaller until he's finally Bruce again.
At that moment Bruce opens his eyes but before he can say anything his body starts violently shaking and thrashing due to the toxicity of the antidote that's 10x more potent than in the movie and in a matter of minutes his heart stops and he lays still.
"Phew, that was close. If Hulk got away my whole plan would have gone up in smoke. I seriously need to evolve the virus so that at the very least I don't have to either kill or seriously injure every single superpowered individual that I want to infect for the virus to be able to take hold within their bodies." As Damien considers how he can quickly evolve his virus he suddenly realizes where he can easily get an extreme virus from.
