Kojima Ren stood at the center of the chaos, heart pounding. The fight had already lasted nearly an hour, and the island was taking heavy damage. Craters smoked where the dragon's Abyssal Breath had struck, and parts of the outer fence had been shattered.

Vaelor's shadows surged outward like a storm of blades, his voice ice-cold and devoid of humor.

Vaelor (Boosted) lunged forward, his doubled strength allowing him to wrap thick shadow chains around one of the dragon's wings. The dragon roared and thrashed, but Vaelor held on, shadows digging deep into the scales.
Mira appeared on the other side, her Pleasure Aura twisted into a brutal attack. She slammed both hands against the dragon's side, sending waves of paralyzing energy into its body. The dragon staggered, roaring in pain as its movements slowed.
Sylphira poured everything into her flames, creating a massive burning spear that she hurled straight at the dragon's other wing. The flames exploded on impact, scorching the membrane and forcing the dragon to drop lower.
The dragon retaliated with Abyssal Breath — a devastating blast of dark lightning and shadow flames that swept across the island. Kojima activated his Thunderheart Resistance Mantle at full power, absorbing as much of the lightning as he could, but the force still knocked him back.
Kojima: Hold on! We're almost there!
Vaelor used the opening to climb higher, shadows forming a massive blade around his arm. With a final, ruthless strike, he drove it deep into the joint of the dragon's left wing.
Vaelor: Fall.
The wing tore with a sickening sound. The dragon screamed and began to spiral downward, crashing heavily onto the outer edge of the island. The impact shook the ground violently.
Mira and Sylphira didn't hesitate. Mira unleashed a final point-blank Pleasure Aura blast into the dragon's head, while Sylphira poured a concentrated stream of flames into its chest. Kojima channeled everything he had through the Thunderheart Resistance Mantle and fired a massive counter-blast of absorbed lightning straight into the dragon's open mouth.
The Black Abyss Dragon Nyxor let out one final, earth-shaking roar… then went still.
