"How can I help you? I see you are new around here," the Elf said with a smile. She was wearing an elegant outfit similar to a maid's.
At the Elf's first words, Eva leaned against Saen's arm, pressing her breasts against him.
'They're definitely going to be very jealous in this game. I like it,' Saen thought excitedly.
It crossed his mind that if the receptionist got too friendly, Eva might start a fight with the girl even though she was part of the guild. However, after thinking about it, he realized it wouldn't be good for them to get kicked out of the guild for bad behavior.
"We came to register at this guild. Where do we have to go?" Saen said with a confidence he had never felt before, looking inside the building in case he saw something that would indicate where to go.
The Elf placed a hand on her chest and pointed to a table where another Elf with blonde hair was sitting, who bore a certain resemblance to the girl helping them.
"At the table I'm pointing to. That's where you need to go to register with the guild," the girl said with a smile on her face.
"Alright then, over there. Thank you very much for your help," Saen said, hoping she would point to a much more elegant place where the registrations were done.
"You're welcome. Have a good stay at the guild," the girl said.
But curiosity got the better of him. "Is the one at the table your twin or your sister?" Saen asked, frowning.
"Yes, she is my twin sister. It's very, very common for people to ask us that," the girl replied, her smile now looking fake.
He also thought it must be annoying to constantly be asked something so obvious. If he had a twin brother, he would simply say, "I understand, thank you."
"Thank you very much for your help," Eva said, hurriedly pushing Saen so he would stop talking to the girl and get to the registration table quickly.

"Hello, good morning. I'm here to register at the guild with my companion…" As soon as Saen said the word "companion," Eva gave him a light hit in the ribs. It wasn't painful, but it was a clear warning.
The blonde Elf, identical to the one who had received them at the entrance, looked at them with some boredom and invited them to sit down to complete the registration.
"Do you have any identification from another guild?" the Elf asked, expecting the fastest possible answer.
Saen had to search through his character's memories but found nothing about being in another guild.
"I don't have any identification. This is my first registration in a guild," Saen said with slight embarrassment.
"Then you will start at Rank F," the girl said while taking out some plain wooden plaques with no details.
"In case you had identification from another guild, what would happen?"
"It would simply be taken as a reference and your rank would be lowered to one rank below," the girl said, tapping her fingers with impatience.
"Well, what are your names so I can put them on the plaques?"
"I'm called…" Eva interrupted him. "I'm called Eva Braun and he is Saen Anderson. You can put our names on the plaques," Eva said, speaking faster than normal while pressing her body even more against Saen's.
Saen got a bit scared by how quickly she said the names. If Eva considered any girl a threat, it was really going to be a long-term problem.
A jealousy attack just for talking to a guild worker reminded Saen that his ex-girlfriend had also been somewhat similar to Eva in being possessive.
After hearing the names, the Elf girl proceeded to chant a spell in a language he couldn't distinguish. The only thing he could make out from the spell were Eva's full name and his own.
A blue light came out of the Elf's hands, drawing their names onto the plaques.
"Here are your plaques. They are impossible to forge," she said, pushing them across the table toward Eva and Saen, but before they reached them…
"Ah… I forgot one step," the girl said, taking out a small knife from a drawer.
"You will have to make a wound and put some blood on the plaque. This way, if they are stolen by bandits, no one will be able to impersonate your identities," she said with the same dissatisfied expression she had worn throughout the entire conversation.
'Identity theft…' Saen thought, analyzing why someone would want to replace another person in a guild. In the end, if they took on a much higher rank mission, they could even die.
In the same manner she had passed the plaques, the girl passed them the knife so they could cut themselves.
Before he could react, Eva had already grabbed the knife.
'Maybe she… is stronger than me,' Saen thought, though the doubt quickly disappeared when he remembered she was also Rank F. Although Rank F didn't always mean Level 1; she could be Level 4 or even 7.
Eva used the knife, put her blood on the plaque with her name, and the plaque glowed, changing from a blue tone to red, indicating that the plaque now had an owner.
"Now it's your turn, Saen," Eva said, passing him the knife with the handle pointing toward him.
"Thank you, I'll do it now, don't worry," he said and did exactly the same as Eva. His hand hurt a little from the cut. Both plaques were now glowing red from the spell.
"You can go now," the girl said impatiently with a serious look.
"Yes, we're leaving," Eva said, grabbing Saen's arm and the plaques beforehand.
