Chapter 23 - C23 - Another Big Ass Timeskip

My time in Suna wasn't very long. I merely met Gaara, changed his seal to allow the little jinchūriki to properly sleep after a life of suffering nightmares, stole half of the one-tails chakra to create a seed of the bijū, and then I created several oases in the deserts surrounding the village with my pills.

Oh yeah, I also had the mother of my firstborn settle in Suna with my child, and then left Pakura to be the Fifth Kazekage before returning to Kirigakure.

Oh how I wanted to fastforward to the Fourth Ninja World War and see that one particular villain react to my actions of 'resurrecting' her with that pill I tested. The fact that he had a brother would probably blow his mind.

Like I suspected but did not care to live through, the weather in the Land of Wind became unpredictable for months after I added millions of gallons of water in the desert country.

But that wasn't my problem.

—————

It was almost time for Uzumaki Naruto to graduate from the academy. Years had passed since Pakura took over as Kazekage.

Mei had birthed me a single son three years ago, though she rarely shared my bed. I had given up on that front after some introspection. I would never apologize for my behavior, but I could see how my actions meant I was not worth serious consideration as a husband.

"So, next year you'll finally take me to Konoha to get my revenge?" Fuen asked as she watched me with narrowed eyes from the edge of the hotspring.

"Yes. I think we'll be able to take out your target with no problems," I revealed with a wide smile.

The kunoichi breathed out a sigh of relief and accusingly retorted, "I was beginning to think you forgot, Yoshihiro-sama."

"It took longer than expected, but at least you've grown strong enough to take the revenge yourself," I waved away with an indulging expression to placate the woman.

My strength had made another tremendous leap last year. Now I was sure that nothing could go wrong even if the Otsutsuki clan came down tomorrow.

Naturally, I grew more carefree.

"Does this have something to do with the open letter Kiri received from the fire daimyo? About the chunin exam held by Konoha next year?"

I nodded.

"Yeah. Since we have an alliance through my ration pills, Kiri was invited again. I'm planning on having Mei assign me as the envoy. We don't want a repeat from what happened last year in the Land of Lightning. I was this close to just killing their two jinchūriki," I breathed out with a playful sigh.

Last year, Kumo had held joint chunin exams and during the second phase, their ANBU had tried to abduct one of my cute student teams. One stacked with prodigies from my kekkei genkai class. A girl from the Yuki clan with the ice release, a dojutsu-using boy from the Chinoike clan, and another boy from a recent addition to Kiri, a family of steel release users from Ishigakure in the Land of Stone. The small ninja village close to the Land of Wind that was ruled by four families fielding less than fifty jōnin was embroiled in a sort of civil war.

I had swooped in and did what I usually did for the previous Mizukage. Kill the adults and bring the kids with me.

And I was effective: the civil war had ended immediately. Only two families remained and Kirigakure gained a new bloodline clan and another clan that focused heavily on taijutsu.

Mei didn't like my methods, but she still reluctantly praised me for the results.

Especially since Wakanabe Ishijo, the steel release boy that was almost abducted in Kumo, seemed to be some kind of genius. The kid had already retired after becoming a chunin officially and used his special steel release jutsu for research and the creation of ninja tools.

"Send over Kaede on your way out, please," I asked the still excited Fuen who left to prepare for her revenge on that lone Konoha ANBU she craved to kill.

"Yo-kun," Uzumaki Kaede, mother of Karin, greeted with a shy smile when she saw I was already sitting in the hot spring.

"Kaede, has your daughter told you about her promotion?"

"Yes, she did," the mother answered as her smile turned blinding. "She still didn't beat Haku's record, so she was a little miffed. But she was still excited and invited the boy to celebrate with her."

"A medical ninja attaining jōnin rank at twelve is very impressive, even in the Kirigakure of today," I praised with a small grin. Karin had been a very driven student, her theoretical strength reaching jōnin before becoming a teenager thanks to my pills. Like with most of my students, the only thing holding her back from actually being a jōnin were experience and the needed merits for the rank.

But in fact, even if not in official rank, most of my students became at the very least special jōnins in strength as young teenagers.

Konoha was the cradle of geniuses? I thoroughly dethroned that place in my first years as head of the academy. By now, Kiri had gained five kage-level ninja and over three hundred jōnins from among my graduates. That wasn't even counting the adult women I had trained specially. Haku with his kage-level strength, because he couldn't dethrone Ao from his position as jōnin commander, became head of the ANBU despite his young age.

My youngest half-sister, also half an Uzumaki and the only sibling of mine that I liked, was barely twenty and already leading the Kiri hospital with Karin already becoming her second-hand.

I was certain that when and if the Fourth Great Ninja war would still happen in four years and we managed to keep the full extent of our strength hidden until then, Zetsu and Obito will puke blood.

Because in four years I was certain I could create another five to ten kage-level fighters minimum. It was a good thing that Zetsu seemed to fear my Mind's Eye of Kagura and didn't set foot on the islands of the Land of Water. I had sensed a White Zetsu with that ability a few years ago and the parasite seemed completely stunned as his perfect camouflage with the Mayfly Technique had failed.

"I have a gift for Karin, but I was wondering if you thought it appropriate. It will change her body and while she is considered an adult, I know how much you dote on your girl," I revealed when Kaede just stared at me with that lost look she had when she reminisced about how her life change the day I killed my way through Kusagakure to save her and Karin.

"I trust you," Kaede quickly interjected with a bashful smile. "But could you sate my curiosity? You already gifted Karin everything worth gifting, I thought?"

I nodded with a wry grin.

Karin and the other half a dozen Uzumaki children that Akatsuki had brought me over the years, were heavily favored by me. They got a special sealing jutsu class if they showed even the slightest amount of talent and learned everything not considered a forbidden sealing jutsu from me.

Mei had unknowingly blessed me beyond what she could have thought possible when she made me headmaster of the academy. I really liked teaching prodigies. Otherwise, I didn't have much drive in life. Scheming to keep the timeline intact was stupid and I had stopped trying with Rasa's downfall at Pakura's hands. Raising my own children obviously didn't seem to be a priority of mine either, but actually teaching kids was somehow liberating.

With another smile, I pointed at my eyes and revealed my dojutsu to Kaede.

The Uzumaki mother gasped with wide eyes and asked, "You created another dojutsu pill, Yo-kun?"

"Several, in fact. Karin will be the first to receive this blessing with your say-so," I confirmed as my serpentine eyes reverted back to my regular blue eyes.

With her clothes still on, Kaede jumped into my arms to give me a fierce hug, her earlier shyness completely forgotten.

Using the bloodline pill back when I had met Tsunade to become a pure Uzumaki brought me tremendous strength. But once I created my own sage mode, I began to ponder the limitations of this world. Sure, the Otsutsuki were nigh omni-potent with their ridiculous abilities.

But did I truly want to limit myself by copying their bloodline? If I did, I would eventually hit a limit. Their limit, even if I didn't know what it was. I was arrogant enough to think I could do better with the abilities I was given by the entity that brought me here.

As a result, once the Uchiha tree and the Chinoike tree finally bore special fruit in my plant dimension, I kept my wits about me. I bided my time, theorycrafted a special pill, and then finally created something more than 'just' the Sharingan or the Ketsuryugan.

The result?

Something inherently weaker than both eyes. But I wasn't deterred. Because it granted an ever-evolving potential similar to the Sharingan's stages. Since I specifically used Rasa's heart during the creation of my pill, my eyes even granted me magnet release upon activation.

My training with the two newly enhanced nature transformations wind and lightning gained tremendous momentum. My magnet release, which should have still been one of my weakest kekkei genkai, was tied directly to my eyes and allowed me to use it without hand seals similar to all my fire-release nature transformations. The Chinoike clan's dojutsu ability to control blood through its iron content came with the eyes as well.

Prolonged training only increased that potential and allowed me to move more and more chakra with just my dojutsu. There didn't seem to be a bottleneck and with my chakra-levels approaching the ten-tails' level, I was certain it was only a matter of time before I could influence the planet's entire magnetic field.

Plus, my eyes gained the looks of a predator instead of looking like goat eyes like the Chinoike clan's Ketsuryugan. I quite liked the fiery orange glow, too. Too bad it didn't give any indication about stages of its evolution like the tomoe of a Sharingan yet.

I was brought out of my musings by Kaede desperately fighting to take off her wet clothes. The urgency of her movements seemed to show a hunger for me that she had never brought to our 'relation' despite me paving the way for her to become the vice-captain of Kiri's sealing squad and showering her daughter with training resources.

Despite her eagerness, I didn't help her undress and enjoyed her frantic actions. Her eyes turned helpless and lustful all at the same time and I loved that look. The many women in my life rarely ever looked at me like that and that was such a shame.

When Kaede finally managed to shrug off the last of her drenched robes that clung to her underwater, she eagerly sat in my lap facing me and gave me a deep kiss filled with anticipation and yearning.

Her hands quickly found mine and hastily brought them to her proud chest. She aided me in squeezing her tits and she moaned into my mouth as her tongue tried its hardest to win a contest with mine on the subject of who was more hungry for sex.

Her tongue, and therefore she, was winning. But that just meant both of us were winning.

After making sure my hands stayed to play with her generous tits, her hands quickly found my dick and started pumping the full length underwater.

"Yo-kun," she moaned into my ear as broke the kiss and leaned forward a little as she impaled herself on my erection that she managed to fully prepare in no time with her eager hands. "Oooh~ Yo-kun~"

"You're getting sexier and sexier by the year," I whispered back, my hands never stopping to tease her nipples and squeeze her squishy titties.

Despite my strength ballooning past a point I hadn't even thought possible, my tastes remained largely the same over the years. Any kunoichi at the kage-level got me going immensely.

And though I had to train most of them myself, Kaede's proficiency in sealing arts had reached the cusp of the kage-level. Her Uzumaki physique had helped her make up for all the wasted years where instead of laying a shinobi's foundation, she was used as a blood bag. Her chakra level was firmly in the upper jōnin level, even though it would likely still take a while before she would finally reach the kage level.

Even my ridiculous pills took some time before working their magic on an adult who 'wasted' their youth.

As Kaede's orgasm rocked through my eager and willing partner, I allowed myself to cum as well and enjoyed how she melted into me while contently mewling in bliss.

———

"Yoshihiro," Mei greeted as she placed a young child before me in my office at the academy. "Please look after our son for a while."

"Well, hello there Ichigo," I greeted while making a face to get my son to laugh. "You rarely bring him to me. Is something the matter?"

Little Terumi Ichigo was still laughing as I kept making faces – a small genjutsu of mine allowed the adults to talk without him being able to overhear it.

"The Raikage announced a visit and his boat has been spotted near our outposts in sector two. He'll be in Kiri before sundown," Mei explained as she fondly looked at our son laughing.

"Oh?"

Mei rolled her eyes and further explained, "I have no need for Ichi-chan to get traumatized by the Raikage attempting some hare-brained scheme to steal our boy in order to get some pills or his two bimbos back."

Mabui at the table next to mine didn't even react, but Samui behind me shot Mei a seething glare.

Samui had become a fixture at our academy as the only one able to 'survive' my taijutsu training. She lost horribly to my real body, but the blonde kunoichi now held her own against my clones, even if barely. I could always dial up their strength if I wanted to, but I didn't care to waste the chakra, no matter how unending my vast reserves.

"I'll have you know that I could demolish you in taijutsu," Samui proudly pointed out.

Mei looked at the woman behind me and scoffed, "And I would allow you to use taijutsu against me… why?"

"Because this 'bimbo'," Samui spat defiantly, "is faster than you think."

"And so much less cunning, too," I argued as I kept making faces for my son. "Why would you ever reveal that to Mei before a fight?"

"Whatever," Samui countered with a huff.

Once Mei finally left the office to meet with Ao and prepare for the Raikage's visit, I looked at Mabui and asked, "Not planning to meet your kage?"

Mabui shook her head and demurely retorted, "I have nothing to say to A-sama."

Looking back to Samui, she similarly shrugged and said, "I'd rather not give you the impression that I blabbed my mouth."

"I'm glad my threats stuck. I would have bet a lot of money that you two would have made me burn down half of the Land of Lightning after trying to reveal something through some schemes."

Mabui bitterly shook her head and pointed out, "Possibly before, but not after you told us how you threatened even Senju Tsunade years ago."

Samui rolled her eyes and interjected, "You made Pakura the new Kazekage and completely changed the Land of Wind into a paradise compared to what it was before. We didn't see a single starving child in Sunagakure despite the stories we grew up with about that village on our last visit. If what you plan for Kumo comes close, we'd be stupid to squander the chance."

"I could kill the Raikage now if you want to take over?"

Samui slapped the back of my head with a scowl and the only reason I didn't snap was that my son kept giggling. She seemed to have realized her folly, too, and quickly apologized.

I waved it away and lifted the genjutsu on Ichigo.

"How are your studies going, little Ichigo?"

"I'm the bestest among Ryu-neechans group!" He proudly declared.

"Oh? What does your Ryu-neechan praise you the most for?"

His eyes started to glitter as he puffed his chest out and revealed, "My taijutsu!"

"Taijutsu, huh? That's really cool! Did you know that your Samui-neechan here is the sensei for taijutsu at the ninja academy? Want your dad and Samui-neechan to show you a few cool moves to impress your Ryu-neechan?"

Ichigo nodded hard enough to make me fear his head would fall off, so I created a fire apparition and had it use the fire travel jutsu on Samui and Ichigo. They would go train in one of my personal taijutsu training grounds.

"The boy clearly adores you. You seem to connect with him well enough as well. Why are you only ever keeping him company with a clone?" Mabui asked in a small voice when it was just the two of us.

I still didn't bother to explain the fire apparition jutsu to her that allowed me to be in two places at once and she still didn't figure out how it was different to a clone. And even now I didn't correct her misunderstanding and shrugged.

"As long as neither Mei nor Ichigo complain, I will keep using the jutsu," I explained and finished reading the scroll in my hands detailing a Kiri spy's report on how Naruto was doing in the Konoha ninja academy.

He graduated first of his class by a lot – only the fact that Konoha no longer allowed early graduation stopped the boy from becoming a genin or even chūnin at age 7 or 8.

"Tell me about your impression of the conflict between Konohagakure and Kumogakure," I instructed Mabui.

The two hidden villages had recently started fighting again.

The white-haired kunoichi placed down her pen and looked thoughtful for a few moments.

Done with her deliberation, Mabui explained, "Kumo was the last to end their conflicts during the Third Great Ninja war. And when they did, they tried stealing the heiress of the Hyūga clan and forced the Hokage to have a branch member jōnin of the Hyūga killed. It should be said that the Hokage lost a lot of prestige for that and his standing with the clans of Konoha should have lessened… it might explain his stance in this confrontation."

"And?"

She looked at me and shook her head as she continued, "With your input when the skirmishes started, I find it incredibly weird that the Hokage would allow the Uchiha clan to gather merits on the battlefield from the very start. The high casualties we learn about hint at something deeper. Is it Danzō's doing?"

Slightly impressed, I nodded and explained, "It has Root written all over it. But what can the Uchiha do? Their bases and logistic movements all get leaked. But they, the mighty Uchiha clan fail to find the culprit? They keep losing their 'prodigies'. But are they really prodigies if they keep dying? The Uchiha should be frustrated beyond measure, but they can neither advance nor retreat. Unless their clan can single-handedly turn the tide despite fighting enemies from within, the Uchiha clan is bound to lose countless shinobi and either vanish entirely or into obscurity."

Instead of the massacre that led to Itachi killing everyone except for his brother, with the changes I brought to this world by bringing Tsunade back into the village early, Danzō chose the route of culling the Uchiha by having his Root operatives chip away at the clan members through a conflict that Danzō very clearly instigated by himself.

Both Shisui and Itachi still lived and both were declared rogue ninja by Konoha some time ago, both at the same time. I also learned recently that Shisui had joined Akatsuki and he was missing an eye. I had some ideas about how all of that happened, but I didn't care enough to find out. Itachi wasn't heard from again once he became a rogue ninja – maybe he joined Akatsuki, too, but they kept it under wraps.

Uchiha Fugaku managed to keep the position as clan head, but he was on thin ice. Only the continued conflict with Kumo allowed him to stay on as their leader. It helped that the leaders of the Hawk faction, the ones pushing for a coup, died very early in the conflict.

Possibly not even at the hands of Root but at those of Fugaku himself. Maybe he got help from his 'rogue' son.
