The phone rang twice. A woman's voice answered.
"You did it," she said. Her voice was quiet. "You broke the world."
"The world was already broken," Zero replied. "I just turned on the lights."

The Cleaners didn't care about the law. They only cared about finding Zero and taking back the "Master Key"—the code that could shut down the internet itself.
