The 31-year-old Army Commander, Gaden Pouran

The people are confused,

The People: What? This is our home. If we leave, where are we supposed to go? Our house and family are here?

Gaden Pouran: It is the order of the kingdom. All must leave this village by tomorrow.

The People gripping their fists while the elderly are shaken, the youngster grinding their teeth with rage.

The People: Where do you want us to go?

Gaden Pouran: That is your problem; it is not a concern to the Kingdom

The young man had had enough and decided to attack him, as he ran toward the army commander, a spear suddenly appeared in front of him and pierced through his chest.

3 more soldiers grabbed him to the ground with his lifeless body, they cuffed him and dragging to the cart

the family member shouting

The father: "That's my son, give him back (Shouting)

As the father ran toward his son, 2 soldiders dragged him to the ground, as the mother and the rest of the family begged for mercy.

The mother runs in desperation.

The mother: Please, don't kill him, i begging you

Then one of the villagers notices the Army commander is closing his eyes while his soldiers just kill an innocent young man. pressing an old man to the ground as he was struggling to breathe

Then he shouted at him, "You damm coward, why are you closing your eyes to the mere idea of us crying and suffering, assume you?"

Gaden Pouran suddenly felt a sense of shock wave around his body, and it triggered some of his haunting memories from the war.

The Villager continues, "Does any of you monsters understand what it does to our life? You demons are destroying our kingdom, which we love and treasure."

Gaden Pouran remembers that moment from the war, when he deperate try to survive a group of soldiers surrounding him, then he shouted at them,

Commander Gaden Pouran remembers. "What kind of monster you people are, you follow the order of that moronic king of yours, you justify his cruelty and destroy the lives of the innocent, the People have nothing to do with this war." ( shouting as he feels like his lungs are falling from his chest )

Gaden Pouran suddenly breathed heavily and fast, his body started to shake as he struggled to control his shaking hand, his haunting past starting to flood his head. He grabbed his chest tightly, then he looked at the villager intently,

Then his assistant noticed, and he shouted at the soldier.

The Assistance: Commander,? You, go grab his cure right now.

The Soldier: " Yes, Sir."

Gaden Pouran shouts intently as he can almost feel like his lungs are about to fall off, his eyes turn red, and he struggles to breathe.

Gaden Pouran: If you wanted to live so much, then risk your life to save them, don't stand and complain like you are the savior.

You want to live a good life, Huhh huhhn, then bleed and die to become their savior (Shouting, as his face turns red and his body shakes uncontrollably,)

The villager went silent, as he are shock and also scared by his expression,

Then the assistant gave the army commander a small bag. He reached into the bag and took out a few pills with his shaking hand, then he took them all at once

The villagers see the pills, and they recognize it,

They whisper among themselves.

The villager: Is that a drug?

The drug gives the user a quick sensation that feels like they are in paradise, while it makes them forget about their pain, but also makes the user slowly unable to live without the drugs ( Drugs Addict )

After taking the drugs, he can feel like his vision is glowing, and this sensation of lightness comforts him.

His body feels calm, but he is sweating heavily. Then he looks back at the villager.

He takes a deep breath. While two soldiers stand on both sides in case he falls off the horse.

Gaden Pouran: I am warning all of you one last time, leave here with your life, or you force my hand to harm all of you, remember you are forcing me.

The Army left

The Army is camping near the village about 10 miles away,

Gaden Pouran is relaxing at his camp when his assistant walks in,

The Assistant," Commander, I hear your water, Sir."

Then he stood up and left, but before he left the tent.

Gaden Pouran: Wait,

The Assistant: Yes, Commander?

Gaden Pouran: Do you believe Hell exists?

The Assistant: I believe it does exist, Sir

Gaden Pouran: Do you think if a soldier were to die, would they most likely go to hell or heaven?

The Assistant: I don't Know, Sir

His eyes twitch as he becomes emotional.

Gaden Pouran: I see.

Tomorrow morning, Gaden returns to the Village.

Both the soldier and the assistant are quite shocked; despite the warning, the villagers are still there.

They still open their stall and walk as if nothing happened.

The Assistant: What is going on? Why are they still here?

Gaden: Enough, let's move in

The everyone puase and looked at the army. Gaden kept a straight face while the soldiers were cautious, then the assistant shouted.

The Assistant: Why are you all of you still here? This is your last and final warning: leave here now, or all of you will be put in prison for not following the authority of the king.

Then suddenly, one of the villagers threw a piece of wood at the assistant and hit his legs, injuring him.

As the assistant is in constant pain, without asking Gaden for permission, he shouts at the soldier to detain all the villagers. The soldier immediately charges in, but is unaware whether the villager is armed or not.

Gaden stayed quiet instead of ordering them to stay still. He close he eye again while pretending he didn't hear anything.

The soldiers charge in, and almost immediately, each of the villagers suddenly reaches for something.

The villager just suddenly had an old rusty sword, an axe, a big knife for cutting pork or beef, and a bunch of random metal tools that are used for farming.

The Villager fights back, despite none of them having any experience when it comes to fighting a trained soldier.

The Villager may have a number, but they are struggling to fight the soldier.

Then one of the soldiers pierces through one of the villagers' thighs, and he screams in pain. Then some of the villagers drop their guard as they see one of them is in pain, the soldiers see an opening, and they cut their back.

Suddenly, the sound of a man struggling and out of breath turns into a scream for survival.

As the youngster is bleeding and screaming and crying in pain, the elderly aged 50 to 60 are suddenly shaken, they drop their tool in fear.

An Elderly: Please, please spare their life. We are sorry (Sobbing as he shakes) and terrified)

Then another elderly person suddenly dropped his tool and ran toward his grandson, shielding him with his body as he was crying and begging them to stop.

Elderly: Please stop, don't kill him, he's the only grandson I have, please spare him. (Sobbing Desperation)

The Villagers are now desperate as their well-organized plan just collapsed, the village chief watching from afar, shaking as his elderly body is unable to run toward them.

Gaden tries to fight himself from saying anything, then suddenly one of the villagers screams and tries to snap Gaden, he opens his eye.

He sees blood, people are begging as the soldiers kick and punch them, and an elder is getting beaten.

Gaden shouts at his soldier,

Geden Pouran: What are you imbecile, doing?

Everyone went silent. The villagers are confused, as he is also shocked.

The assistant looks at Gaden as he is also confused, then Gaden looks at him and orders the soldier to detain his assistant.

The soldier hesitates. They ask him, "Why?"

Gaden Pouran: Didn't I make myself clear (Shouting)

The soldier handcuffed the assistant and took him away.

The Assistant: Commander, why commander? (Shouting)

Gaden looks back at the villager and his soldier.

Gaden: Everyone here is now being detained. You will be imprisoned and wait until further notice, Cooperate, or there will be more blood to bleed.

All the villagers were later detained; however, the soldier noticed that all the women and children were missing, and only men were still in the village, including the village chief.

The Gaden is going to meet with the village chief. He enters his house and sees the village chief sitting in his house with a hot tea in front of him.

Gaden walked in and sat in front of the village chief.

The Village Chief: How old are you, son

pause for a minute

Gaden: I'm 31

The Village Chief: So you, one of the soldiers from the war, right?

Gaden: I am

The Village Chief: How much time has changed people? If only King Geithner hadn't fallen ill, our kingdom might still be the same as it was over 20 years ago.

Gaden: Those times are nothing more but memories now. We live in a broken land, and survival is not a choice anymore.

The Village Chief: Well, I'm getting too old anyway, I guess I can forget about things now,

Gaden, look at the chief as he struggles to hold the cups properly due to his elderly hand.

See the old man drink tea, Gaden remembers his father and grandfather before the war started.

When he was just a child, he already smile happy and laughed while his father and grandfather had a serious conversation; he was too young to understand how the world worked.

Then the Ranpi Kingdom declared war on the Limness Kingdom. Due to the kingdom having a smaller military, the kingdom started to get desperate.

Gaden joined the military while he was still a teenager.

Gaden has witnessed too many deaths and intense cases to remain the same, to the point where he sees his father killed by the enemy in front of him.

The Soldier detained the village Chief,

After this incident in the village, the army returned to the capital, while Gaden Pouran is getting off his horse, and then the General of the Army, General Tranor, walks to him.

General Tranor: Gaden, I have got the report.

Tranor walked to Gaden, and he put his hand on Gaden's shoulder, praising him for a job well done.

General Tranor: You did a good job, as I expected you would be. Keep up the good work. I am sure to recommend you to Lord Erefeild for your promotion.

Then Tranor wshiper to Gaden hear, in a threatening tone.

General Tranor: Be sure to perform at your best. I am expecting more from you.

General Tranor taps Gaden's shoulder and walks away.

Gaden gripped his fist tightly, as he remembered the moment that being drag into this mess.

The Official: Please, Sir. Gaden, I would like you to come with me, or something tragic will happen tonight.

Gaden snapped; he punched the official in the face and ran to his family, but nothing happened. However, as he looks around, he notices there are a bunch of shadows present in many nearby trees.

The official walked to him, with his bleeding nose, and he gave Gaden a final warning.

Gaden feeling trap as his family asks, "Is there something wrong, dear?"

Feeling trap Gaden does as the official says, a few days later, Gaden convinces his family that he just got a new house for them, so they agree to travel to the capital.

Once they arrive there, the official is waiting for them.

Gaden: What is all this?
