"This is CCTV footage from the taxi center's main office, capturing the moment he walked in to return the keys," Micah explained, tapping the screen to play the video. "But here is the catch. The investigation revealed he isn't a regular employee. He only shows up to work on very specific days, almost as if he's operating on an outsourced schedule."
He brought up a detailed calendar chart on the tablet, pointing to the highlighted dates when the driver had checked out a vehicle.
