"Will you come shopping with me?" Vivian questioned, trying to sound casual. "Brother Gideon is going to be busy until this evening, so we might as well go out and occupy ourselves." Realizing she had almost cracked her guarded composure by sounding too eager, she quickly straightened her posture, pulling her serious, royal expression back into place.
"I would love to," Adeline answered with a warm smile. "I will inform Gideon that I am going out with you. You can use this time to get ready."
"Hey, go and find my brother. Tell him Adeline is going out with me for shopping," Vivian commanded, turning to one of the servants who was nearby cleaning a table.
