The surrounding was filled with purple smoke and the striking sounds of sword and claws.
"Hey let's run from here"
Suddenly I heard the sound of my friend who was as scared as me.
He was pointing towards the gate from where we can escape.
"Umm....ok",I replied with a bit of hesitation
This hesitation which I shown was not for the escape but rather it was for Arc who was fighting for us as I thought.
I stood up and as was ready to run,My friend fell due to the tiredness.He was not having any energy at that time but hesitation which I show was not on his face.
"I will help you",I said while giving him shoulder to stand.
We both then started to walk towards the gate.
Today's day will be marked as a precious aswell as most dangerous day in my life as today we escaped from many situation and encounter with people who were just one step of killing us,I thought.
I turned my face backwards to see the situation but as I see my vision was just blurred due to the purple smoke but rather able to see ,I was able to hear the striking sounds of claws and sword.
"AAAaaaaaaa...."
Suddenly I heard the scream of the feathered girl which was very loud. it damaged my ear buds which caused bleeding from my ears but it stop after few minutes.
We both were startled but the scream which I heard relieved me as it indicates that the feathered girl was dead.
I get to my kneel and covered my ears as it was hurting me but to my surprise my friend was standing still seeing me while making a shocked and a terrible face.
It was like he saw something which was more terrified than death.
The striking sounds which was coming was stop and there was a dead silence everywhere.
I felt like that Arc and Ryuen were both standing at front of each other.
"Thanks you for your support my angel."
My ears were bleeding which compare to my situation from before where blood came into my eyes was very worse.
Suddenly I felt something which was becoming more and more stronger.
"Sigh.....
The beam started to come out from the purple smoke behind us.Its direction was towards the sky
It was same like before when we were at near the stairway but this time it was much bigger.
The purple beam which was going towards the sky started coming down as it was going to attack somebody.
"Blessed authority
The beam came down but as it came ,it get suddenly disappeared.
It was like somebody was blocking it.
I was still bleeding from ear and my mind was blank,I was not able to hear anything.
Suddenly the purple beam which was blocked started coming at us. I noticed it but was just kneeling there as I have accepted my fate.
The purple beam erased the smoke and was coming towards us but to my surprise my friend pushed me sideways.
"Hey promise me, you will pursue our dream"
My mind was blank and the only thing which I was showing there was a surprise and a shock.
He was crying as he was scared but he was still showing me his smile.
And purple beam came which passed through him.
I was able to see his skeleton for some seconds but it was also destroyed.
The beam ended.
There was no sign of him.It was like he was just erased from existence.
I was shocked and suddenly I feel water droplets on my hand.It was my tears which was falling as my friend left.
I then stood but soon fell down on the ground which was destroyed due to the impact.
"Why....Why....",I said in a low voice but soon it turned into a scream due to my mix of emotions.
"Why!....Why!..Why!.Why Why!",I scream
Suddenly I heard something broke in my heart which startled me. I was frozen and my eyes was like coming out.
"So this is what you want"
I heard the voice of someone which was coming from the death of my heart.
"Well then,I grant you"
The vision of my eyes suddenly become red.
I was unable to feel anything or hear anything. It was like I was unconsicious.
After few minutes my vision came back and was able to hear and feel everything.
The first thing which I felt and hear was water droplets which indicate rain was coming.
Slowly Slowly I opened my eyes with those mix of emotions and first thing which I saw was the blood on my hand.
I don't know whom it was but it was then cleared as I said saw Archeon sitting on the ground with his one leg up and other leg lying on the ground.
His one hands was cut and there was a huge hole in his stomach which I could see.
In the moment the only thing which was I say while sobbing and mumering was.
"Why.....Why",I said while crying all over my face.
