At that moment, a memory came into her mind.
She remembered what had happened last night with Dr. Kevin and how that mark was left on her neck.
She became very nervous and scared, thinking that this secret should not come out in front of anyone.
The nurse noticed Sarah's reaction and understood that she was feeling uncomfortable.

But Sarah was still nervous inside.
Her heart was beating fast, and she was trying hard to stay calm so that no one would understand her feelings or her secret.
Sarah got scared and quickly used her hair to cover the love bite so that it could not be seen. She said, "Right now is not the time to talk about this. We need to inform about Dr. Kevin."
The nurse was starting to understand something, because she had already seen lipstick marks on Dr. Kevin's shirt and body. Then the nurse also noticed Sarah's lipstick shade. After the blood connection was done, the nurse lifted Dr. Kevin's shirt and compared the lipstick mark with Sarah's lipstick shade. She understood that maybe something had happened between them last night.
After the blood donation was completed, Sarah came outside and gave the receipt to Kevin's mother. Kevin's mother looked into her eyes with tears in her eyes and then took out a bundle of money from her bag. Very insultingly, she put the money near Sarah's mouth and said, "Now your work is done, so leave from here."
But Sarah did not feel bad about anything. Still, she respected Kevin's mother. She picked up the money very respectfully and placed it back in Kevin's mother's hand. She said, "What Dr. Kevin has done for me cannot be measured in money. And today I was able to help him, that makes me happy. So please consider this blood donation as its price. I do not need this money at all."
