Time seemed to stop yet it did not—It only felt like it did. The world continued. The crowd was cheering , The announcers were talking , everything seemed normal except the 2 in the arena themselves.
They were standing still. Menacingly… somehow at that moment they resembled the stand offs that happen in the fictional series , Jojo's Bizarre Adventure. Specifically Jotaro and Dio's encounter.

A great sword materialized in front of Kiana's hands as she gripped the gigantic sword with precision and-

As soon as she did , flames burst out everywhere while Space seemed to crack as orange cracks appeared everywhere with the broken pieces colored pure black. It was over? Just like that?
Yet the explosion never happened , the greatsword never manifested , it was as if everything beforehand never actually happened—as if it was just an illusion. No, an illusion wouldn't be possible.
Kiana thought to herself , having hold of the authority of Sentience she was completely immune to mental attacks and the kind , as such. The only reasonable explanation was. She was Fooled She thought she did the attack but the reality is she did not , she never did.
"Right. Fooling. Gotta rely on instincts then." She said calmly as she looked at the crazy adventurer in front of her still unmoving , at that moment Gehrman Sparrow held his finger and out of nowhere a gun was manifested.
It was pure black in color and was slightly larger than a normal revolver.
"LADIES AND GENTLEMAN GEHRMAN HAS BROUGHT HIS SIGNATURE WEAPON THE DEATH KNELL" The Sparkle with a monocle on her right eye said loudly

3 shots were fired as they headed to Kiana at a speed humans would consider fast. Unfortunately, she wasn't a human. She was a Herrscher.

Yet she did not dodge it on the contrary she faced it head on as her flames burned the bullets into nothingness as she rushed forward.

Once again flames exploded everywhere as she striked , as the fire died down one could see a paper figurine replacing where Gehrman Sparrow would be as it was burned to crisp.
Now in this situation , Klein would probably use the Sea God's Scepter to strike lighting as he buys time to change to a different tactic , however due to some restrictions they they both agreed on he could not
Klein was limited to a few sealed artifacts which include , Creeping Hunger , Tinder , Death Knell , Staff of the stars , Inexhaustible Poison , Mutated Sun Sacred Emblem, Word of the Sea , Murlock Cufflink and Broken finger.
However even then not all were effective against her. Poison? A Herrscher has no biological process that can be poisoned , The Sun Emblem? Fire does nothing when she herself controls it. The cufflink and broken finger? Are you joking? Lightning? On a Herrscher? Read the damn wiki's boy
Thus he was limited to Death Knell , Creeping Hunger and Staff of the Stars , wait isn't this rather unfair for Klein? Not exactly. He is still able to use paper figurines to dodge. He can still use his authority as The Fool.
There are countless more sealed artifacts that Klein could use but are rather ineffective. He also didn't bring any marionettes nor did he try to turn Kiana into one for that is impossible for who knows why?
So what are Kiana's restrictions then you ask? It seems rather unfair how Klein has most of his advantages restricted or nullified. As the Herrscher of Finality Kiana herself controls a lot of things along with the 12 unique authorities that are derived from Finality.
She herself has said that she'd limit herself only to the authority of Flame and Void. which are the authority to accelerate atoms and control space and the imaginary tree respectively.
While it might seem unfair for Klein , one must remember that Fooling and Grafting are really powerful authorities that can be used in many different scenarios. Thus the fight continues.
"Mr Amon , Miss Bronya, what do you guys think of this battle?" Sparkle asked them out of curiosity.
"I will refrain from speaking in too much detail but. Kiana isn't going full power , perhaps what we currently see is merely 15-16% of her full strength" Bronya said rather calmly , she knows her quite well after all.

"Instincts and Intuition perhaps , though that isn't something I'd rely on" Herta's voice echoed as her hologram appeared beside Bronya and Sparkle respectively.

"Who do you think would win?" Sparkle continued with her chaotic energy asking.
