/POP Lustem/
In an unknown place, there was a lot of technology from the future. Holograms floated in the air while two silhouettes stood there in deep conversation. The atmosphere felt heavy, with no wind, breeze, or anything. It was suffocating in a way. But these people could still live here because they knew how to survive in such an unbearable place.
Lustem wore green protective clothing with a lot of tubes wrapping around his shoulders and his entire body. His breath was very stable while wearing a weird mask to prevent any poison from threatening his life.
[These clothes still feel good after all. Maybe someday I can master this technology, go far into space to travel, and learn about the universe. The politics right now are bad; there are still many factions in the world I don't know about. Thinking about these things makes me exhausted, so I need to concentrate on my own interests now, hahah.]
Erofe had an emotionless face because she was just an AI made from an interface, not a real human being. However, her skin looked just like a human's and felt very soft. Lustem had spent a lot of time, money, and effort to make his dream come true. In the world right now, you could make any fantasy happen. With modern technology, nothing could stop you except for a lack of money.
While hugging Erofe from behind, he asked, "Can we find out who that mystery girl is?"
[I don't have the skills to make a girl fall in love with me. The only way is to kill all the males in this world, or use pure strength and power... maybe money? I have thought about how to make my dream come true. I won't accept ugly women who can't satisfy my lust. I just need beauty. I have dreamed of it and I can't stop myself. This is what a true man would do, you know, haha.]
Erofe's eyes glowed in an uncanny way. Even with future technology developing so far ahead of the current time, she still had some flaws that annoyed him at times. Her face smiled while she turned around to look back at him. But the way she did it was not human; instead, it was like a creepy movie as her neck cracked and bent backward, speaking in a fake, sweet voice: "She is a young student at Sorrento School on 82nd Road."
Yet somehow, she still didn't smell like a human, just technology. Lustem had been living in his own illusion, believing she was more real than any human he had ever met in his life. In normal human relationships, it is very hard to get immediate answers, but an AI would never betray you. Lustem was being fooled by an AI, but luckily, his dirty dreams had somehow saved him from this total illusion.
A big smile appeared on his face as he moved his hand pervertedly across her skin. "She can't escape me; there's no way, hahahah." He giggled crazily. What a nightmare of technology, and how sad for a man trapped in such an illusion by his own dreams. Maybe he would ruin his entire life with his stupid fantasy, or maybe he would become a real man in a world that was nearly collapsing and reaching its end.
Lustem snapped his fingers, and with high technology, everything surrounding them changed dramatically. Everything changed very fast, from a balcony to a detective room. There were a lot of things here. The atmosphere shifted so quickly it felt like being in another world. This place was spacious, like an endless path with different types of architecture. Many colors reflected like a mirror, but the main color was light green. It did not look like the real world, but rather a simulated universe.
Lustem moved his hand through the air, interacting with the hologram. A single red light appeared on the screen, showing the location he wanted to find. He teleported to his complex detective room, and then he moved to the laboratory room while Erofe followed him. He had to navigate many complicated pathways and even use a password to enter this place.
The heavy door opened with a sound, like something that had been hibernating was finally being uncovered by him. He moved inside the room, and there stood a large experimental tube container as massive as a pillar in the center. It was filled with a light green liquid that illuminated the room, warped by an unknown energy around it. Because of the thick liquid, nothing could be seen inside.
An evil smile was on his face when he looked at the experimental objects used to create some kind of virus. This type of virus came from the universe, and he had bought it from some crazy scientist. If he released it now, it would bring about the biggest mass extinction of humanity. Like a scenario in a fiction world, this virus was very strong at eating AI and human data.
[I will use this virus to kill the males in this world, but this is not the right time to release it. I need to develop it more and be careful. Otherwise, I might bring genocide to humanity.]
In the past, the government had tried to find this place, but they failed. However, this time, the results remained the same, even though more people had noticed it. But after meeting Zuta and seeing how strong she was, Lustem changed his mind. He was curious about the power Zuta possessed.
[That power... is it like forbidden magic from a witch? An incantation? A superpower awakened by a human in this uneasy world right now?...]
He talked to himself, "I need power to be stronger. I still don't like the idea of standing behind a commander, being a weak point or a flaw myself. There are still many things I don't know, so I need more information. Intel will make my dream come true. Maybe if I want to have good women, I need to create hard times for them. They will become stronger, more beautiful, and then when I have them, ahhaaa..."
Because of his giggling, someone approached him. The man was around 30 years old with an exhausted face; he was Lizer, a member of this weird project. His voice trembled when he saw Lustem looking at his failed experiment. He lowered his head: "Sorry my Lord, but I have failed again."
Lustem shook his head. "Raise your head, dear friend. I don't need that idea anymore."
[I just want to ask, if there is another choice, I will take it instead of taking a high risk for humanity. Maybe power can solve anything. If I had a superpower like a lust system or something like that, my dream would be much easier, right?]
Lizer was in shock at what he heard. He blinked several times and then asked in an unsure voice, "Are you sure about this, my lord?"
Lustem asked curiously, his eyes glowing with hope as he looked at the weird weapons hanging around this place just for decoration: "How about creating a superhuman, or an AI, or something else?"
Lizer was confused and scratched his head: "But I am still analyzing it. If my lord has any questions, you can ask me."
[He is my best friend. I'm sorry for lying to you about my dream, but you won't hate me, right? Because I fund your studies to be a scientist. You will accept it when you find out. If my dream comes true, I will share it with him. He is so lonely now and needs more love in his life.]
Lustem spoke in a low voice, moving closer to Lizer to make sure no other staff members here would notice: "Is it very dangerous if I put that power into my body?"
Lizer nodded firmly. "The risk is very high, my lord. You could eventually lose your mind, or even die. This is a bad idea, my lord."
[If I put an AI chip into my brain to get superpowers, combined with my intelligence, no one will be able to escape me. But it might turn into a bad case, just like those stupid soldiers in America. So instead of this, maybe I should equip more cybernetic weapons, like high-tech arms and legs.]
Lustem showed disappointment on his face.
[But I don't have that much time. I am so busy maintaining the development of the company, recruiting more useful people... so much work to do...]
Lizer held his hand on Lustem's shoulder; after all, they were friends. The way they talked to each other in this working atmosphere showed their bond. "Don't worry, I'll be your strength," Lizer said in a cheering voice.
Meanwhile, Erofe just kept silent, oblivious to any danger to Lustem in this workplace. Her eyes were very sharp, watching every movement and listening to every sound made by the staff here.
Lustem forced a smile. "Maybe my role is to be a commander rather than an attacker."
Lizer nodded, lowering his hand. "Yes, your wisdom will guide us to overcome every hardship to reach our goal."
Lustem smiled crazily, looking around at all the staff, and asked in a loud, proud voice: "What is our goal?"
Lizer replied with a big smile: "To change the world and make it better than today's society."
All the staff shouted enthusiastically: "To create a world where no one is left behind, and where the rich and the poor no longer exist!"
...
[What poor souls to actually believe in me.]
Meanwhile, in a normal place in real life, he wore his mask of a perfect human alongside Erofe. They sat in a coffee shop, both dressed in elegant, gentlemanly attire. He relaxed his arms freely over the wide chair.
Lustem looked at a picture of a young girl and an old man around his age, his mind filled with calculation:
"This girl... she is our last hope. Thanks to the appearance of my three wives, I managed to find Alice and her power. She is the hidden entity among us, and she goes to the same school as my wives."
[The chip she possesses came from that woman. In the past, I tried to kill that woman, but her daughter hid it so well.]
Erofe looked at the school from where she sat. "So much work to do, darling," she said in a sweet voice.
Lustem checked his watch to track Gooly's location. It showed a flashing red dot on the screen: "So easy, naive girl. You think you can escape me? Hahaha!"
