"Is she in danger?"

"She just needs rest."
Adrian nodded slowly.
"Can I see her?"
"Yes."
Adrian pushed the door open quietly.
Lina lay on the bed.

Then he sat beside her.
He stared at her quietly.

His voice was barely audible.
He reached out.

Adrian froze.

Adrian's heart sank.

"You're my husband."

"We should divorce."

Adrian froze completely.

His voice sounded hollow.
Lina looked at him calmly.

She looked at him calmly.

Her words cut deep.
"I need space."
Adrian felt panic rise.
"Lina… please…"
She avoided his gaze.
"I'll stay somewhere else."
"No."
His voice turned firm.
"You stay here."
She looked at him.
"Adrian…"
His eyes softened.
"Please."
Silence stretched.
Finally—
She nodded slowly.
"Okay."
But the distance remained.
Clear.
Cold.
Adrian felt it.
The Lina in front of him—
Was different.
She remembered everything.

Sophia and Daniel rushed in.
"How is she?"
Adrian looked tired.
"She woke up."
Sophia smiled.

"She wants a divorce."
Both Sophia and Daniel froze.
"What?!"

"Give her time."

"I will."
