"I want to gift someone the Legendary rank Hunter's Pack," Sandra voiced her thoughts.
"We have heaps of Legendary rank items in vault but why are you asking...permission? I see," the Stellar Emperor understood her daughter implication as he finished speaking.
"You do know that there are only three Legendary rank Hunter's packs in all dimensions and we hold one of the three," He spoke with a bit serious tone this time.
"And who is this person whom you want to gift it? Is he a boy?" the dragon had his eyes focused on his daughter as he asked, ready to witness even small emotional fluctuations.
"Yes, he is a boy from low ranked dimension," Sandra answered with her head slightly bowed.
"Oh, now I see. Wait! Low rank dimension? Are you being scammed my daughter?" the dragon asked in confused tone.
"Who is that daring to try and deceive my daughter? Do they not fear the wrath of Stellar Emperor?" the Dragon roared with a rising anger.
The whole Radiant Star started shaking just from his raised voice in anger. Before things could escalate further, Sandra interrupted.
"Relax, father, I am young not stupid. Well I guess, I should have told you everything from scratch," She calmed the rising anger of her father with reason and her soothing voice.
"Then do tell me, because you know that lowest and low rank dimension's streams are only visible upto middle rank dimension." The dragon agreed.
"Please listen father, it started like this this. I was browsing the Broadcast just for fun when my eyes caught a live streaming video with zero viewers."
"I opened the channel just out of curiosity...." then she gave a brief details about exploits of StarWalker except the part where he used an enhanced version of her own skill.
After hearing about the words of her daughter, the Stellar Emperor remained silent for few seconds, then he finally spoke.
"From even your own recount, it could be attributed that this particular hunter is capable but not enough to get your attention like this."
"Especially so, that you thought of gifting him the treasures like Legendary rank Hunter's Pack," the dragon shared his doubt over her daughter intentions.
"That's because I did not told you the most important part or his specialty that makes him stand out. I want you to witness that particularly yourself, tomorrow," Sandra insisted.
"Hmm...okay, I also want to see, who is this hunter from low rank dimension that has piqued my daughter's interest?"
"However, after watching him, if I don't like his performance then I won't allow you take Legendary rank Hunter's Pack. You would have to settle for Epic or lower ranked from system shops," the dragon cleared his intentions.
Hearing his father, Sandra beamed with joy.
"Thank you father for giving me a chance," she rushed and hugged his father's huge face.
Feeling the heartfelt touch of his daughter, the Stellar Emperor's heart was full of joy but he maintained his composure of the Emperor.
"I have one more question, Sandra," he asked when Sandra ended the hug.
"Okay, what else, father?"
"Even if he has such potential as you say. Why go to such length for him?"
"He is from low rank dimension, even an Epic rank Hunter's pack will be enough for him to become the best hunter in his world. So why?" he asked.
"Well, two things father. He awakened and came straight to a gate and cleared it solo. He cleared it without bringing any weapons or armor and only used a skill once." She explained.
"I told you earlier that he didn't use any kind of potions and even rejected it when I offered him stamina potion."
The dragon listened her daughter's words keenly, not just because of treasure on the line. But the trust she had shown in this unknown hunter was something new for her.
"Second, he had that confidence with strength and will to back that up. You could say I am judging soon from one video but together with his special ability along with his hunger for power for something greater than himself."
"I think he is not just some hunter from low rank dimension. He could be a Dimensional Anomaly if guided properly." She ended her long explanation.
"Are you willing be that guide?" he asked calmly.
"I haven't decided that, I don't know if he would agree to it or not. I thought he should have at least have the best foundation as hunter if possible," She answered.
"Wow, my daughter is that much supportive to a nobody, huh? You aren't going to leave your father, are you?" he teased slightly.
"Father! Don't worry I am not going anywhere till I empty your vault. Humph," she remarked.
"Haha....as I said, it's million years too soon my child."
"Well, let's see if this StarWalker is really worth your trust or not," He stated as Sandra smiled slightly.
At the moment, Reyansh had no idea that his first subscriber was bringing Monarch of a species to his stream.
Something which would have implications not only in one but multiple dimensions over time.

After having lunch amidst their sibling banter, Reyansh and Vanya made their way to home. Vanya was particularly happy for this day and time from his brother.
Just as the two entered their home, Reyansh spoke, "Vanu, come in mother's room after changing."
"Okay, brother."
While Reyansh himself took a bath and changed his clothes quickly. Waiting for Vanya, he sat near his mother's bed.
He looked at his mother, her shallow breathing barely holding her life while her pale body is proof of the illness she is going through.
He still vividly remembers when his mother went into coma after a month his father died. She had been diagnosed with Excess Mana Syndrome.
After waking up from coma once, she fell unconscious and wakes up abruptly with different time interval.
This is one of the effects of the Merge which is under study and no effective medical measure had come up yet.
There are cases of few patients of being cured but not completely, they only remain conscious longer.
While Reyansh was lost in thought about possible treatment for his mother, Vanya sat beside him.
"Would you look at big brother, mom? He didn't even brought you any chocolate even when today's his birthday," Vanya started the conversation.
It was a routine for them to share words with their mother in her unconscious state and talk with her.
"Well, joke is on you my stupid little sister, because I have a news that's better than any chocolate," Reyansh commented, coming out of his stupor.
"So you are finally gonna tell, why you were spending wit such free hand today," Vanya remarked.
"Hmm...Vanya, mother, I am a hunter now," Reyansh announced.
"Oh...so that's what...wait REALLY!" Vanya suddenly stood up hearing this.
"Yes, that money I made via streaming. So from now mother will have best treatment available and you my magnanimous sister can do anything you wish, just tell me before hand, okay," Reyansh nodded his head as he spoke.
"Brother, really had you saved enough for your awakening potion? I thought you were far behind," Vanya asked, still standing.
"I was, but your gift helped a lot," he explained.
"Then why did you let that piece of garbage spoke to you like that?" She asked, first time mentioning about the incident after school, her fingers curled up over the edge of the bed.
"Language! mother, look you daughter is cursing," Reyansh spoke as he looked at his mother.
"Sorry, mom," Vanya apologized quickly.
"But tell me, why did let that nobody speak to you like that," She still insisted, her voice was layered with a tinge of pain.
"Vanu, not everything had to be spoken in face. You didn't see it but his hand will shake every time he even look at you. So you didn't need to worry about that." He explained.
"Now that we are talking, how did the situation come to this?" he finally asked.
"Well, you heard that his father is a S-rank hunter and guild master, so he picks up on students with no backing. So luckily or unluckily for him, he picked on me when you were coming," She explained in short.
"So he was a prick through and through. Well, you don't need to fear or worry about him."
"But even so, if he so much as look towards you, just tell him, 'you still have both hands.' Principal has also mentioned to look into the matter, I hope she keeps her word." He reassured her.
"I will not let him bully me again brother, now that I know my brother is a hunter," She said, a bit confidently.
"By the way, what did you name your channel? What rank is your talent?" she asked promptly.
"That's a surprise, as for talent, just know that you don't need to worry about your brother," He answered confidently.
"Trying to mysterious, huh? Just wait till I undergo my awakening, I will become the best hunter there is," She claimed proudly.
"Sorry, little sis, that spot is taken," he responded.
"You may have a head start but don't forget that I am topper of class too," she shot back.
Before Reyansh could respond, a panel popped up in front of him.
[The Blazing Sandra: Hello, StarWalker, I have a proposal for you. Are you free for a talk?]
That caused the Reyansh to pause for a bit, he looked at Vanya and spoke, "Vanu, why don't you sit with mother a bit more. I just remembered I have to do something, I will be back in a bit."
"Okay, Mr Mysterious Hunter, I am here." She agreed.
Reyansh nodded as he stood up.
'What kind of proposal is she talking about? Is it sponsorship, but isn't it too early?' he wondered as he went to his room, ready to talk about this unexpected proposal.
