Lina frowned. For some reason, she had a bad feeling about this ball.
"I will use the Ancestral Ring to prove it."
[Mistress!! Don't let him use it!!]
Fatty, disguised as one of the invited guests, tried to warn his mistress telepathically. Surprisingly, Lina showed no reaction at all.
[Mistress! Do you hear me?!]
Panicked and impatient, Fatty rushed toward his master. But suddenly, an invisible magical thread wrapped around him and dragged him out of the hall.
"Ouch!!" His disguise shattered instantly, and he reverted to his baby panda form. "Who?!" His black eyes widened as he recognized the one blocking his path. "You!! What are you doing, fox?!"
Elric stood there casually, his expression almost lazy. "Calm down and be quiet. The real show is about to begin."
