Cian covered Seraphina's mouth.
She was unable to make a sound.
Seraphina pummeled him with her fists.
Cian let her hit him for a while, only releasing her mouth when she grew tired.
Seraphina's eyes were red with rage. She snarled at him, "One day, I'm going to kill you!"
Cian's fingers clamped down on her chin.
His thin lips brushed against the corner of hers, his voice a dangerous, bewitching whisper. "If this mouth of yours could say just one thing to please me, I wouldn't feel the need to torment you, you know."
After saying this, Cian released Seraphina's chin.
Then, Cian unbuckled his seatbelt, stood up, and left.
In less than half a minute, he disappeared from the first-class cabin.
Seraphina's heart sank, and a wave of anxiety washed over her.
'Is he angry?'
'My uncle is still in his hands. What am I going to do?'
Seraphina's face clouded over with worry.
She remained on edge all the way until the plane landed at the Aurelium airport.
