She pressed her lips together, then looked at the silent Damian Fairchild, her voice flat and devoid of emotion.
"You have too many romantic entanglements. The situation with Lorelai York isn't even resolved, and now there's this Mia Linden. So, my advice to you is this: don't come bothering me until you've dealt with those two women."
With that, Seraphina Quinn pushed her small rolling suitcase and went through security first.
Just as Damian Fairchild was about to follow her, a call came in from Silas Fairchild.
Damian had no choice but to stop and answer Silas's call.
"What is it?"
His voice was impatient.
Silas's voice was even more impatient than his. "Where are you?"
Damian was concise. "Kingsland International Airport."
Silas scoffed. "The airport? Flying where?"
Damian frowned, his voice laced with displeasure. "I don't have time to waste with you. Just get to the point!"
