Megan Grayson stared at the blood between Holly Sinclair's legs, a glint of excitement flashing in her eyes.
"Megan Grayson, what are you just standing there for?! Call an ambulance!!"
Stella Grayson waited for a good while, but seeing her niece not move a muscle, she roared in anger.
Scolded by her aunt, Megan Grayson finally ambled over to grab the landline phone by the sofa.
Ms. Beatrice was short-tempered. Seeing Megan's obvious attempt to stall infuriated her. She rushed forward, shoved her aside, snatched the phone, and quickly dialed 911.
Megan Grayson stumbled back a couple of steps from the push and shot Ms. Beatrice a venomous glare.
Ms. Beatrice had no time for her, her voice choked with tears as she gave their address to the paramedics on the other end of the line.
