She didn't want to answer the calls, but there was no way to avoid them.
"Just tell me what's wrong. I thought everything at the company was pretty much taken care of."
Megan Kane felt that the person calling had absolutely no sense of timing. Didn't they realize she was in no mood to work right now?
Besides, she was already exhausted from running around. She had no desire to deal with some stupid company business.
