Just as they were all looking downcast, a nurse came toward them pushing a small cart.

Her shout was deafening, but the nurse didn't respond at all. Instead, she quickened her pace, clearly having no intention of staying.
The bodyguards wanted to give chase but didn't dare. After all, the man right in front of them still needed someone to look after him.

So, they could only stay put, watching Megan Kane run further and further into the distance. No one dared to follow.
"Is the missus familiar with that person? What on earth is going on?"
