As soft sniffles grew quiet in the night, time seemed to gain function again.
Inside Isaac's mind, every detail of the fight was being ingrained in his true world, as a result, his true world grew massively to around ten meters in diameter.
Isaac was unsure as to why it had grown so rapidly, since not even learning rotation had grown it that much and that was made inside of the true world, he tossed its growth up to the impact it had on him.
He gently placed Tiy, who was now asleep, against a tree and went to clean himself and change his clothes due to the vomit that coated his body, which had long since started to smell, but he was preoccupied with coming to terms with killing someone as well as Tiy's crying.
He sat down in the lake and began scrubbing himself clean of all the grime on himself. His knife was also cleaned of all the blood after the fight. Once he changed into a new set of clothes, he began to train again and replay the fight even more in his head.
Every moment of hesitation was a moment he could have died, and therefore needed to be fixed. By the time the sun had risen, Isaac had already been training for hours, seemingly without break, but he didn't feel that drained, at most, he felt like he needed a water break, but that was it.
When Tiy woke up, Isaac finally asked her about how to prep the bear hide and learned how to tan it. The process was a lot simpler than he thought, the tannin used for the hide could come from a wide range of plants and trees, and some tannin was at the Windbless camp, so he could just take some after the fight.
After a quick training session between the two, they began walking to the Windbless camp. It would take around two days of walking, so they planned to split it up into a four day trip.
Most of the walk was uneventful, with the only thing worth noting being that the mountain began shaking and some rocks almost hit them but barely missed, but the Windbless camp wasn't as fortunate.
By the time the two of them arrived, the camp was in a bit of ruin, as a few rocks had rolled and knocked down a few tents, but the worst of it was that the entrance to the monument was blocked by a rock that was at least 5 meters in diameter and would stop any wanderers from helping the Windbless.
Tiy brought Isaac into the camp, which seemed to place them in the eye of the envy since they could just ignore ruin and let the windbless do all the work.
When Isaac first stepped in, he fully expected an army of people getting ready to fight, but to his surprise, most of the windbless seemed to be slowly chipping away at the rocks, but then would stop and take naps every few minutes.
Isaac easily recognised this as Tiy's curse that made people have nightmares, and it caused Isaac to shiver as the memories of the sleepless nights were forever engraved into his mind. Clearly, nobody had slept well in months, which was a full part of Tiy's plan.
But what Tiy's plan didn't account for was a wanderer to have come to camp and was curing all the windbless. From the look on Tiy's face, it seems that this wanderer had come when she was away getting Isaac.
Tiy walked over to the wanderer who had just finished curing a sleeping windbless. They looked up at Tiy with a grin and spoke.
"Don't tell me you need to be cured, little banshee."
Tiy's face turned bright red at the comment and then froze as she saw the wanderer's face. It was her dad.
Isaac knew very little about Tiy's family, and only really knew that her tracking trait came from him, and that he had fathered at least ten other wanderers besides Tiy. Seeing Tiy's reaction, Isaac walked in front of her and put himself between the two of them.
Tiy's father was at least 6,1 and had a decent build, considering his use of magic often left people who used it physically weak. Like Isaac was, he wore padded leather that was in shades of dark browns that matched his hair, his skin was almost identical to his daughter's normal skin, and his eyes shifted between green and brown.
Tiy's father looked down at Isaac, and his face seemed to return to a neutral expression. He then spoke in a mildly commanding voice.
"And who are you, boy? Shouldn't you be working on clearing out that rock so that I can leave?"
Isaac was taken aback, but didn't show it instead, he just stood there looking at the man with a smile, as right now Tiy's father must be relaxed if he thinks the chances of an unknown wanderer coming here and being dressed like a windbless.
Isaac just spoke in an even tone.
"I am simply the Hollow Dame's guard, and I am doing my job."
Tiy's father was confused, as Isaac had spoken in a very broken rooter language, since he had started to learn it on the way here, as most people wouldn't cast or know about the understand spell.
Tiy's father raised his hand and shouted.
"How dare someone as lowly as you speak back to me!"
As Tiy's father's hand descended to hit him, Isaac grabbed him by the wrist and punched him in the stomach, causing Tiy's father to stumble back a few steps.
Isaac turned and whispered in Tiy's ear.
"I'll deal with this wanderer and lure him away. While I'm doing that, you should begin the fight, and Stug will help you."
Tiy grabbed Isaac's arm as he turned away and whispered in his ear.
"Be careful that's my father, and he can turn lies into physical things."
Isaac nodded and laughed.
"Don't worry, Tiy, I'll make sure he can't be a problem anytime soon, and maybe I'll take his armour."
Tiy stepped away as Isaac got closer to her father. Isaac then reeled back a punch that Tiy's father was about to block, but in the blink of an eye, Isaac ran away.
Seething with rage, Tiy's father chased after him deep into the forest that lined the camp.
