After Emily heard everything Jack said, her mind slowly started to discern many flaws in Lara's actions but her heart refused to accept it, and after continuous thinking of this matter only gave her a headache.
Time slowly passed and evening arrived. Emily sat on the sofa while holding her head because of the headache and her body was fully in a tense state whenever she thought about this matter.
In the end, she decided to leave everything to Jack. Because of her unconditional love and loyalty towards him. She believed he would make the right decision for her.
Jack, after finishing explaining things with Emily, got ready and decided to meet Richard, whom he hadn't seen for a week, and discuss something with him directly and looked at Emily who was sitting in the hall holding her head in her hand with a tense expression.
He walked towards her and helped her stand up, then gave her a tight hug and said,
"Don't worry about anything, leave everything to me, I will take care of this."
Emily, whose mind was in continuous and nonstop thinking about this matter, somewhat calmed down and relaxed.
Jack said goodbye to her and took the car key from Emily and drove the car to Richard's house.
He parked the car in front of a two-story building where Richard's office and house were both located.
He entered the gate, went directly to the second floor where his house was located through stairs, and on the ground floor his office is located. It's evening; he will not be there.
As soon as he entered inside his house, he once again heard the Italian music that was played at full volume and heard by the mafia bosses of Italy.

He called many times but no response in the loud music.
He directly went and turned off the speaker.

Suddenly the bathroom door opened. A figure walked out in a bath towel and slowly walked towards him and as soon as he closed in he gave Jack's back a smack.

The secrecy he was referring to was Jack's disappearance during robbery and his sudden appearance of a secret girlfriend.
But Jack didn't open his mouth, was tight-lipped. If he tried to explain anything he would try to pry more information from his mouth.
Seeing him very silent, Richard gave him a suspicious look and said,

"And also tell me about the officer who was investigating this case."
Richard sighed and said,
"I will ask for you and give you the information, but don't involve yourself in this case. It's very troublesome. It's involving many big hands behind the scenes.
If you anyway offend them, even I can't protect you like before. I know you are a cautious person, but still heed my warning don't involve yourself in this matter."
"Okay okay, just provide me the information." After asking what I wanted, I directly went towards kitchen in his house and opened the cupboard made specially for storing alcohol.

Richard dressed himself and started to make some phone calls. With his connections he immediately gathered everything.
While he was speaking, I already prepared both of us a drink. Richard finished his call and looked in front of him; Jack had already started to drink without waiting for him.
"Do you have no shame? I was begging for information for your sake. But you didn't wait for me, already started drinking."
Seeing there was not a single reaction from Jack, Richard took his glass which was already filled with whiskey and started to drink.
"I already asked. Henry's niece was working in the police department. I think the information was leaked through her and her name was Chloe and the investigation officer's name was Alice. Actually that Chloe was a subordinate of Alice. Daring to leak information of the big case like this. With this information you can handle that Chloe easily."
"As for their backing, nothing worth mentioning other than this."
After hearing the information, Jack thought this Henry was Lara's husband, so the information was leaked through his niece.
As for dealing with Chloe, Jack smirked in his heart.
