The training hall felt impossibly quiet. Even the faint hum of cursed energy seemed to pause.
Takeru's hand lingered over his dark blue sunglasses, fingers brushing the frame. His heart beat steady, but there was a weight in the air—an anticipation that wasn't entirely his own.
Gojo stepped closer, leaning casually at first, but his grin faltered slightly. "So… let's see it, huh? Full face, no hiding. Just… come on. This is gonna be fun."
Takeru tilted his head, letting a strand of white hair fall across his forehead. Slowly… deliberately… he kept his eyes shut.
Yuji and Todo watched, tense, curious—but neither dared to speak.
Then…
Takeru lifted the glasses off his face.
The world seemed to shift.
Some of his white hair fell into his eyes, soft and luminescent under the light of the hall. And when he opened them…
Bright. Blue. Glowing.
Six eyes.
Gojo froze.
His usual grin melted into confusion."…What… the—? Wait, wait, wait—hold up."
He raised a hand, as if to physically stop the world. "Did… did I just—what is that?!"
Takeru didn't speak. Didn't move. His eyes glimmered steadily, unnaturally bright, unnervingly calm.
Even Sukuna stirred. The mouth on Takeru's cheek opened slowly, a low chuckle escaping.
"Interesting…" Sukuna whispered, almost reverent. "Very… interesting."
Gojo staggered back a step, shaking his head, voice wavering. "…I don't… I—what? How is that even—?!"
Yuji tilted his head. "…Uh… are those… glowing eyes?"
Todo, ever blunt, grinned wide. "Well, I like'em. Pretty cool."
Sukuna's grin widened. "Oh, this changes things… quite a lot."
Takeru, however, remained composed. Calm. Eyes steady.
He said nothing.
He simply let the light from his six glowing eyes fill the room.
Gojo blinked rapidly, stepping back again, muttering incoherently. "…I… I don't even… how…"
Sukuna, on the other hand, tilted his head, whispering almost playfully into Takeru's mind.
"Perfect… I like this. This one… this one is going to be fun."
Takeru lowered his hand slowly, letting the glasses hover briefly in his fingers before letting them rest at his side. His six eyes, glowing like twin sapphires—or maybe six—kept Gojo frozen, Yuji wide-eyed, and Todo grinning like a madman.
The air hummed. The tension didn't leave.
It wasn't just a reveal.
It was a declaration.
Takeru had arrived.
And even Gojo… wasn't sure what to make of it.
