Chapter 7
The night was too quiet.
Kaela tossed in her bed, the soft hum of the ceiling fan doing nothing to calm the storm inside her. Sleep had come easily… but peace hadn't.
Because even in her dreams
He was there.
Ryker.
His voice. His touch. The way he looked at her like she already belonged to him.
Kaela stirred, her breath uneven as the dream tightened around her, pulling her deeper. It felt too real, his presence, the heat, the way her body reacted without her permission.
Then suddenly
Her eyes snapped open.
She sat up sharply, chest rising and falling.
The room was dark. Silent.
But her body wasn't.
A strange warmth lingered under her skin, her senses heightened in a way she couldn't explain. She pressed a hand to her chest, trying to steady herself.
"What is wrong with me…" she whispered.
She couldn't stay here.
Kaela slipped out of bed and walked to the window, pushing it open slightly. Cool night air rushed in, brushing against her skin.
For a moment, she closed her eyes.
Trying to clear her head.
Trying to forget him.
But then
The air shifted.
It wasn't just cold.
It was… heavy.
A chill crept down her spine, sharp and unfamiliar, like something powerful had just stepped into her space.
Kaela frowned, turning slowly.
Then a Knock.
Her heart jumped.
"Jade?" she whispered, walking toward the door.
Another knock.
She didn't think twice as she opened it.
And froze.
Professor Ryker stood there.
Calm.
Unbothered.
Like he had every right to be in front of her door at this hour.
Kaela's eyes widened.
"What are you doing here?!" she hissed, quickly stepping out and pulling the door halfway closed behind her. "Are you insane? You can't just come into a student's dorm!"
Ryker's lips curved slightly.
"Relax."
His voice was low. Smooth.
Dangerous.
"No one is going to do anything about it."
Kaela stared at him in disbelief.
"I could report you," she shot back, her voice sharp but not as steady as she wanted it to be.
He stepped closer.
Too close.
"You could try," he said quietly. "But no one here can make me leave unless I choose to."
Her breath caught.
There was something different tonight.
His presence felt… stronger.
Heavier.
Like the air itself bent around him.
Kaela swallowed.
Before she could process it, he spoke again his voice softer now.
"You couldn't sleep."
Her eyes snapped to his.
"How do you.."
"You were thinking about me."
Her heart stuttered.
"No, I wasn't..."
"You were," he cut in calmly.
His gaze dropped briefly, then returned to hers.
"You felt it."
Kaela's chest tightened.
That strange warmth.
That pull.
"You missed me."
Silence.
She hadn't said a word.
And yet…
He was right.
Her lips parted slightly, but no sound came out.
That was all the confirmation he needed.
Ryker reached up slowly, his fingers brushing lightly against her cheek.
Kaela inhaled sharply.
"You can deny it all you want," he murmured.
"But your body doesn't lie to me."
Her pulse raced.
"This is wrong," she whispered, though she didn't step away.
"Then stop me."
He leaned in.
Just slightly.
Giving her time to pull away.
She didn't.
That was enough.
His lips met hers.
Soft at first.
Then deeper.
The tension that had been building since the moment she opened the door snapped all at once.
Kaela's fingers curled into his shirt before she even realized what she was doing.
Everything blurred
The rules.
The consequences.
All that mattered was the way he made her feel great, she tore into his shirt, clawing his hair, she kissed his arbs and found her hands in his pants taking them off and then leaving his boxers.
She reached for it but he stopped her hands and then looked at her caring carrying an expression asking if she wanted to continue and she wasted no time in nodding she took off his boxers and let his junior spring out in all his glory, long, hard and hot fully ready for action, she herself was also very much ready she hasteningly took of her panties sliding it in for him and letting him take her to cloud nine as he drove into her pounding every inch of her heavily, and when he wanted to cum he pulled out aiming at the nylon he had brought as he didn't see a condom to purchase she surprisingly directs it to her mouth begging for him to cum in it, and he does filling her mouth with his seed.
Morning came too quickly.
Kaela stirred, her head heavy, her thoughts slow.
Then reality hit.
Her eyes flew open.
She wasn't in her bed the way she had fallen asleep.
And she wasn't alone.
Ryker lay beside her, completely at ease.
Her heart nearly stopped.
Oh my God.
This wasn't a dream.
She moved quickly, trying to slip away
But his hand caught hers.
Firm.
Unyielding.
"Running again?" he murmured, his voice thick with sleep.
Kaela turned, panic rising.
"We can't keep doing this," she said quickly. "You're my professor. If anyone finds out.."
"They won't," he said calmly.
"That's not the point!" she snapped softly. "This is wrong. I need to focus. I have exams coming, difficult topics, I can't afford distractions like this."
Ryker watched her carefully.
Then nodded once.
"Fine."
Kaela blinked, surprised.
"That's it?"
"For now."
He sat up slowly.
"We'll settle this properly."
Her stomach dropped.
"What does that mean?"
"Come to my office after your classes today."
She opened her mouth to argue.
But the clock struck.
8:00 AM.
Her eyes widened.
"Oh my God!"
She jumped out of bed and rushed toward the bathroom.
"Please just leave before my friends wake up," she called quickly. "And keep a low profile!"
A low chuckle followed her.
"You were quite loud last night," he said casually.
Kaela froze.
"…What?"
"Relax," he added. "I'll make sure no one causes problems."
Her face burned.
"Just go!"
By the time she came out, he was already dressed.
And gone.
A few minutes later, outside the dorm
Lila and Jade stepped out just in time to see a familiar figure walking away.
"Professor Ryker?" Jade said slowly, he responded with a wave and left.
Lila smirked.
"…Interesting."
They exchanged a knowing look.
Then turned toward the room.
"Oh, Kaela," Jade muttered.
"You've got quite explaining to do miss."
