Chapter 163 - Chapter 162 Arrangement

"Your Majesty, do you intend to just stay here and wait for the enemy to offer up their heads?" Luna asked, looking quite helplessly at Leticia, who was sprawled on the sofa watching TV on the morning of the second day.

Just last night, she had been strategizing and commanding with confidence in front of the young women, but as soon as she woke up today, while the others had gone out to work, Leticia was just lazing around on the sofa.

"Luna, I am the Demon King, after all. There's no reason for a Demon King to have to do manual labor. It's better to leave tasks like intelligence gathering to those people." Leticia waved her hand, indicating that her laziness was justified.

Just look at Melanie; that person is actually about the same as Leticia, just lazing around in a different location.

That woman with the surname York would go do work?

Let me tell you, it's impossible. Leticia could guarantee that this person, Melanie, was definitely staring blankly at Eriko, or staring blankly at the Elf Race right now.

For high-level combatants like them, there was no need to get personally involved in these trivial matters; it was better to leave these things to their subordinates.

If they had to do every little thing themselves, wouldn't they be worked to death?

"I am not asking Your Majesty to do anything, my point is that at least when meeting the Four Heavenly Kings, you shouldn't appear so decadent," Luna said, covering her face.

Ah, yes, there were two more people in Leticia's home now.

The two individuals ranked first and second among the Demon Race's Four Heavenly Kings were currently standing straight to the side, waiting for Leticia to give orders.

"Ah, why are you two still here?" Leticia glanced at the two unfortunates.

"Um, Your Majesty, we are also members of the Four Heavenly Kings, right?" the royal sister with long black hair said in a low voice.

For some reason, the two Four Heavenly Kings that Kira had transferred over were both female; for example, this royal sister was the one with the best figure and the strongest combat ability among the Four Heavenly Kings under Leticia's command.

"Yeah, yeah, we are also part of the Four Heavenly Kings," the short-haired girl on the other side nodded in agreement.

This member of the Four Heavenly Kings looked a size bigger than Leticia, but her strength was not much weaker than the royal sister who had just spoken.

However, for some reason, her brain didn't work very well, and she was easily used as a tool by others. Generally speaking, neither Kira nor Leticia would let her go on missions alone.

After all, the first mission this person undertook after becoming one of the Four Heavenly Kings made Leticia completely understand just how poorly her brain functioned.

For a simple cleanup mission, this person could level the entire mountain occupied by a group of rebels; it was truly like using an anti-aircraft gun to swat a mosquito.

And she defended herself with strong reasoning: "Your Majesty said to wipe out the rebels, didn't I accomplish that?"

But the problem was, this girl had found the wrong place; she had wiped out a completely different group of rebels.

Who knows how she managed, when told to wipe out the bandits in the east, to take her people on a 180-degree turn and go wipe out a group of rebels in the west instead.

"So what if you are members of the Four Heavenly Kings? You two have the lowest rank here," Leticia asked, tilting her head.

She herself was the Demon King, Kira, who was working in the study, was a princess. Luna's rank was hard to define, but she was the Demon King's personal attendant.

If one were to really get serious, among the five people in the house, the Four Heavenly Kings were indeed the lowest in rank.

"No, that's not what I meant," the royal sister quickly shook her head, fearing that Leticia would misunderstand her. "I meant that we don't need to personally do these things."

The combat power of the Four Heavenly Kings was very strong, but for some professional matters, they still had to rely on the professionals under them.

"We have already had our subordinates begin the search, and as soon as there is news, we will report to Your Majesty immediately."

"But what does that have to do with you two staying here? I won't be preparing lunch for you here," Leticia asked.

"Protecting Your Majesty's safety!" the royal sister said loudly.

"Yevette didn't leave, so I thought it would be better not to leave either."

"Oh, then Ena, you go first," Leticia waved her hand.

"Yes." The member of the Four Heavenly Kings named Ena nodded immediately and left the living room without any hesitation.

It was just that there was a small problem with the direction she left in.

"Eh, Your Majesty, where is the door here?" A few seconds later, Ena walked back, her face full of confusion.

This person's sense of direction was probably one of the best in the world—in reverse.

Being able to get lost in such a small room, Leticia was also helpless.

"Yevette, take Ena back. It's quite safe here," Leticia said to the other member of the Four Heavenly Kings. "I'm afraid she'll get lost if she's by herself."

Yevette's expression was also somewhat speechless; as an old colleague, she certainly knew about Ena's problem.

"But, Your Majesty has a golden body, and having only Miss Luna to protect you personally really makes me somewhat uneasy."

"Isn't Kira here as well?"

"Her Highness is also someone who needs protection," Yevette replied. "Besides, we have nothing to do after going back, so why not let us stay here and protect Your Majesty?"

At least it would make the combat power look a bit better.

Leticia rested her chin on her hand and looked the two of them up and down. "No, you two are too iconic. Other people often come here, and you will be recognized."

Unlike the Demon King, the appearances of the Four Heavenly Kings were basically known to everyone; the frequency with which these people appeared on the news was no less than some big celebrities.

Once something happened on the Human World side that couldn't be explained by science, major media outlets would definitely pick a scapegoat from the Demon Race first.

And for various reasons, the appearance rate of Yevette and Ena, who were considered pleasing to the eye, had always remained high.

After all, these two had photos, and their status was that of the Four Heavenly Kings, making them perfect for taking the blame.

So, it could be said that Yevette and Ena were, if not known to everyone in the Human World, at least like rats crossing the street.

If Melanie saw these two here, Miss Sword Saint would probably start muttering to herself.

These were members of the Four Heavenly Kings, and there were two of them! Leticia had transferred two from the Demon Race, plus Luna and Kira who were already here—the level of luxury in this lineup would make anyone suspicious.

To avoid the trouble of fooling Melanie, Leticia felt it would be better for these two to stay further away.
