Ok so im going to school today and were showing dustins slimy pet to mr clarke, but i dont want to leave my bed. I feel so tired of everything at this point, and my head (and face) still hurts.
but anyway, i drag myself out of bed and pull on a sweater and jeans. Grab my bag and meet max at the front door.

That day was trash, i get detention for a week. just because i punched some rude kid in the face! but atleast now dustin finally agreed to tell mr clarke, we meet outside mr clarkes classroom, mike and will havent came yet.
huh, but anyway. We knock on the door and mr clarke opens it:
"oh hello, what are you doing here?" he asks.
"Mr clarke!" lucas says, as we file into the room and dustin shows mr clarke the ghost busters box.
"i like the box, but what am i supposed to be looking at here?" he asks.
"its inside, but before i show you. this is my discovery so please dont take the cred-" dustin says.
"just show him dustin!" says lucas, me and max exchange amused glances.
Dustin is about to open the box, but before he can...
"STOP!" yells mike, barging into the room, will trailing behind him.
"im sorry mr clarke it was just a stupid prank- COME ON!" he yells, pure panic in his eyes.
Me and max follow the boys, confused. He stops us at the AV room door.
"mike come on man-" starts dustin
"no, they cant know about this." says mike with finality in his tone, i give him a weird look, while dustin and lucas give me and max apologetic looks.
"sorry guys", says dustin before following mike, will and lucas into the AV room, me and max sit by the door.
"what the hell was that all about?" i scoff, trying not to think about whe-
"wait, should i call him mike?" i say to max without thinking.
"what do you mean 'mike'? thats his name- OHH!!" says max, grinning at me. I feel my face getting warm.
"w-what?! no! i dont like mike!" i scoff, max just grins even wider.
"sure you dont." she mutters with a smile. I just roll my eyes.
We glance at the AV room door,
"what taking them so long?" max asks, her eyebrows furrowing.
"i dunno-", i shrug, max looks through her bag and takes out a bobby pin.
she uses it on the door and unlocks, it swings open and dart crawls out, suprisingly fast. The boys file out but tumble on top of us and we fall.
And mike had to fall on me, we stare at eachother for a split second.
he gets up and yells at me and max:
"why did you unlock the door?! dart escaped because of you guys!" he says angrily.
"what!? i didnt!" i say defensivley.
"we need to find dart! guys spread OUT!" dustin yells, we all head in diffrent directions.
i look in some empty classrooms and then go to the gynasuim, i head to the boys lockeroom because it would be dark and dart could be hiding in corners or something.
im just looking and then i hear footsteps.
"hello?" i hear mike, say.
he sees me and scoffs.
"what are you doing here?" he asks angrily.
"looking for dart mr grumpy pants." i say.
"just go home." he mutters leaving the lockeroom, i follow him out
"what the hell is your problem, u talk to me and then you become rude again, what the fuck?" i say, following him across the gym.
"because your annoying." he scoffs, looking anywhere but at me.
"what do you even see me as?? a stranger or something?!" i yell at him. He goes silent.
"ok..honest." he mumbles, his face pink as he leans close to my face, our lips inches from eachother.
holy shit!! is mike wheeler about to kiss ME!?!
suddenly i feel a gravitational pull and i fall on my back.
"holy shit are you ok!?" says mike, helping me up.
"yea..i mustve slipped or whatever," i start but mike has ran toward the gym doors and opened them, as though hes looking for something..
..or someone?
But hes going to ignore the fact he was about to kiss ME!? like..what the heck? i feel my face going warm but i just mutter.
"asshole." trying to rid the butterflies in my tummy.
am i really inlove with wheeler?
