Oriana raised her gaze as she noticed what he was doing.
Zaroth was trying to mimic the way she had lowered herself, carefully adjusting his posture as if copying her position would somehow help him clean better… or as though there was a certain technique one needed before cleaning a floor.
"Did I perhaps position myself wrongly?" he asked, one brow raised slightly as his eyes watched the way she had squatted earlier, attempting to follow the same stance.
"PAHAHA!"
Oriana's laughter burst out suddenly, echoing loudly through the cabin—bright and completely unfiltered.
Zaroth stared at her, taken aback by the sudden outburst. He simply watched as she continued laughing, unable to stop herself. Her hands lightly smacked his shoulder, as if hitting him would somehow calm the laughter that had escaped her so unladylike.
