"Next, I activate the spell card Graceful Charity! I draw three cards from my deck and then discard two cards from my hand."
Jiang He placed the spell on his duel disk, drew three, and then selected two to discard. Alexis's sharp eyes caught a glimpse of the cards entering the graveyard. They appeared to be two Field Spells.
"Just as I thought. His deck is almost entirely spells that synergize with Royal Magical Library," Alexis noted inwardly.
"Looks like luck is on my side. I've found the Right Leg of the Forbidden One piece," Jiang He said with a smile, looking at his new hand.
It was as if he were reading Chazz his death sentence, one step at a time!
"Curse you!" Chazz's forehead was drenched in sweat. He truly felt like he was just waiting for death! Especially since this "lucky loser" was intentionally narrating everything to mess with his head! Chazz felt like a death-row inmate tied to the execution block, watching the line move forward. Two pieces had already been drawn; there were only three left before it was all over!
"I activate another Graceful Charity! Draw three cards, discard two."
Jiang He continued his operations, playing the second Graceful Charity he had just drawn. He pulled three from the top and tossed two from his hand.
"Spell card, Upstart Goblin. I've already used this effect twice; I'm sure you're familiar with it by now."
Jiang He activated the spell, addressing Chazz. He drew one card from his deck. Chazz's Life Points ticked upward again, rising from 6000 LP to 7000 LP. Compared to the 4000 LP they had both started with, it was as if Chazz had an entire extra life.
Yet, despite that massive total, Chazz felt like a candle in the wind, flickering on the edge of extinction! At this point, he would have preferred for that "stupid" Upstart Goblin to burn him for 1000 LP instead, if it meant Jiang He drew one less card!
"Because he activated a third spell, both of Jiang He's Royal Magical Libraries have accumulated three Spell Counters again!" Syrus shouted excitedly from below. Even Syrus could see what Jiang He's next move would be.
"I activate my monsters' effects!"
Jiang He swept his hand across the air. On the two brownish libraries before him, a total of six glowing green gems transformed into streaks of green light that plunged into his deck.
"I remove three Spell Counters from each library to draw two more cards!"
He drew the cards and added them to his hand. When he saw the golden chain of the Left Arm of the Forbidden One among them, his smile deepened.
"Did he draw another Exodia piece?!" Across the field, Chazz, along with Alexis, Jaden, and the others watching below, all felt their hearts skip a beat. Their expressions shifted as they realized the truth.

Meanwhile, Chazz's two lackeys were clinging to each other in sheer terror.
"Chazz, your Life Points are like a candle in the wind!"
Hearing the System's prompt, Jiang He gave a satisfied smile. Looking at his hand, which had now grown to eight cards, he continued his play!
"I activate the spell card One Day of Peace! Both players draw one card. Furthermore, all damage taken by both players is reduced to zero until the end of your next turn!"
"There's a card with an effect like that?!" Alexis gasped.
As a top student at Duel Academy, she was intimately familiar with the effects of most cards. Yet, she had never even heard of the spell Jiang He was using! The others, including Chazz, were equally stunned.
The Six Samurai deck that this card originally belonged to was likely still sealed away in some forgotten corner of the world in this GX era. It was only because of Jiang He's System cheat that he had it in his Exodia deck.
"Due to the effect of One Day of Peace, both Chazz and I draw one card." As Jiang He spoke, they each pulled a card from their decks. The difference was that Jiang He was wearing a wide grin, while Chazz was gritting his teeth, his eyes fixed on Jiang He's hands as he reluctantly drew.
"Looks like you're in luck. The final two pieces of Exodia are hidden somewhere in the seventeen cards remaining in my deck," Jiang He said with a hint of regret as he looked at his draw.
However, hearing those words gave Chazz no comfort at all! In a single turn, Jiang He had used seven spells three Upstart Goblins, one Pot of Avarice, two Graceful Charities, and one One Day of Peace. Combined with the effects of his two Royal Magical Libraries, Jiang He had drawn a staggering sixteen cards!
Factoring in his five starting cards and his normal draw for the first turn, he had gone through twenty-two cards. In just one turn, he had effortlessly whittled his deck down to a mere eighteen cards!
Chazz clenched his fists, his face pale. And he wasn't done yet!
"I activate my third Graceful Charity! Draw three, discard two!"
Jiang He revealed his third copy of the spell, drawing three more cards. He then chose two unimportant ones and sent them to the graveyard. With a shimmer of light from the duel disk, the discarded cards were pulled into the slot.
"At this moment, both of my Royal Magical Libraries have two Spell Counters again."
"I only need to activate one more spell to draw two more cards with their effects."
Jiang He smiled and revealed a familiar card from his eight-card hand: One Day of Peace!
"I believe you're quite familiar with this card's effect by now, Chazz."
Hearing this, Chazz's expression became utterly ghastly. The sweat on his palms was pooling. He actually felt the urge to turn and run!
