Five years passed in the blink of an eye. Akira and Hawks developed a close bond .
After they started training together, Akira copied almost everything she can from Hawks fighting style.
Including the wings and flight.
The only thing she failed to copy was his inhuman processing speed no matter how much she doped herself.
And he's glad about that. She doesn't need that.
Akira developed a lots of new techniques.
At some point in their time together, they started seeing eachother as siblings. Ofcourse, they never realised that.
And Akira stopped calling him Hawks after the first month. Chicken it is.
Right now, she is standing infront of the UA gates ready to enter.
But she is not the same short 10 year old anymore.
Her physique is easily one of the best in her age group. Even better than some pros.
She trained her body and her patience level.
As she entered the gates, her thoughts went in a rather different direction.
' I know I'll pass the entrance exam but.....when I get to school, I would more than likely meet the firecracker and broccoli. I was too harsh on the broccoli last time we met. In my defence, I was frustrated. But ouch, that had to hurt. Especially for a kid who has been bullied for his whole life. I'll apologise later. Not to mention, that Chicken wanted to send her via recommendations. But her ego is too high for that. And, she wants to mess with that firecracker if she spots him. '
She walks into the school with a completely different air than the nervous students who came for the entrance exam.
As she gave her written test, she was guided to an auditorium for further instructions.
'Dude's hair looks like a banana tbh. ' She thought as she saw Present mic entering the stage.
When she looked around, she spotted the firecracker and the broccoli in the back rows along with some familiar faces she remembers from the show.
'Oh. Hehehe. '
She kept quiet the whole time and watched the briefing.
She was allotted to Battle centre C .
As she went to her arena, she tried to figure out the least effort she can take to take down the robots.
' I can use my blood bullets but if they have more than one control panel, it'd be a waste of time. And straight up fighting them is too much effort. Hmmmm...think think thiinnkkkm.? Wait, they are robots.... They have to have an on and off switch right? Every machine has one. But that switch could be a collective one probably staying with the exam co-ordinaters
But that is one thing to keep in mind. I'll capture the first robot I find and check for switch. If I don't find any, I'll just stick to slicing the robots with my blood sword. Or maybe even try shooting the weakspots if I find any. But for that, I need to make sure I'm the first one going in. '
With that, she doped herself as much as she could and stood right infront of the gates.
The moment the alarm blared signaling start, she didn't even wait for the gates to open before jumping and going in from above and finding her first target.
She made a long blood tendril and used it as a rope to connect to that robo and pulling it towards her forcefully. She examined it for 2 seconds before finding the switch and switching it off. That robo is a three pointer.
It all happened under 5 seconds. Now she switched to blood bullets shooting on the switches of the robots at enough momentum to turn them off while still being perched on top of the gate.
By the time most students found their first robots, she already stacked 6 points.
She didn't move from her position as she targetted the three pointers.
For the next 8 minutes, the participants noticed the 3 pointers shutting down right before they attack following with 2 pointers after she couldn't find any 3 pointers.
Some of them thought they got lucky and destroyed them.
Needless to say, that was a complete waste of effort.
Once she clocked 99 points, she stopped and just watched from where she sat judging everyone's looks and outfits.
But what she did was, she attacked the robots right before they attacked someone also gaining rescue points. So she can conclude that her score is probably higher than what she gained.
' Bro looks like sonic the hedgehog but moves like a turtle on high. '
' Is that guy's quirk really a lego face? Seriously? How are the quirkless people bullied when these people exist. I'd rather not have any quirk than have a toy for a face, no thank you. '
That's when she spotted a block of concrete about to fall on an examinee while he is aiming for a one pointer.
She just used a blood tendril to yeet that guy out of there and keep him in a higher ground on top of a building on the side.
' what an idiot. He has a shooting quirk. Instead of finding a good position for better view, he's shooting at the first thing he can see from the ground. This should help him I guess ... unless he's a complete idiot ofcourse.'
As she sat there with her silent smirk and continuous roasts, the ground shook introducing a behemoth.
' woah. That's bigger than I expected. Does it have a switch too? Maybe I can take a closer look. I stole too many points and to be fair to the other applicants, I'll switch this one off too. They can focus on their points. '
With that, she jumped down the gate and made her way to that giant robo jumping on the rooftops.
As she reached near the robot and multiple people ran, she searched for the off button under its neck as that's the point the smaller robots had their switches at.
She found it almost immediately and switched it off with a clean aim of her blood bullet from her finger.
' I'm gonna do some aura farming. The robot is pretty unbalanced. I can jump on it and it will fall down and create some distruction and I will stand on top of it. Hehehe. Hollywood vibes. '
She immediately jumped on that robot as it fell to the ground. That is when she spotted an unconscious girl about to get crushed and immediately pulled her out with her tendril and held her in a princess style.
The massive robot fell to the ground sending debris and smoke flying around it.
When the examinees who were running away looked at it, they saw Akira on top of it with an unconcious girl in her hands standing like she owns the place looking everything like the hero they aspire to be.
