Evelyn's blood turned to ice as she scrolled through the financial news.

"MICHAEL THORN ISSUES 'BEAR HUG' LETTER TO VIENNE'S BOARD."
She scrambled for her phone immediately and dialed the same number the man had used to call her the last time. The call rang for a while, then it was picked. There was silence for a while on both ends and then the mans smooth and calm voice came from the other end.
"I am a busy man miss Sin! I don't have a whole day to play mute with you."
"A Bear Hug?" Evelyn whispered, her knuckles turning white as she gripped the tablet. "You offered a 40% premium over our IPO price? You're trying to buy the company out from under me!!"
