"Seriously... What the fuck is going on, man? Where the hell am I!?", Takeru said while shaking.
Shion rolled his eyes. "Geez... Why do you have to be such a drama queen? Fine, I'll tell you where you are. We're currently in the Tokyo sewers."
To the north of the Greater Tokyo Area, there is a hidden underworld. Towering concrete beams stretch hundreds of feet in the air, a combination of silos, storage tanks and pillars comprising one of the world's best sewer systems. It is oddly beautiful.
"Huh!? How did I get here!? I was just in Shinjuku..."
"Ughh... It doesn't matter, okay!? I can't keep you here for that long anyway. Don't waste my time and just let me do what I want. I'm not gonna kill you or anything so don't go pissing your pants in fear. I just need to talk to someone.
"Umm... ok?" Takeru was still shaking in fear.
Shion suddenly gained a serious look. A look someone would gain just before going to an interview for their dream job. "I know you can hear me."
"HEH..."
"I knew that you would awaken eventually. I was waiting for you. We were all waiting for you and now, you're finally here."
Takeru was feeling extremely scared before but now, it was just awkward. He started looking around to see if there was someone else. "Umm? Who are you speaking to?", Takeru asked.
"None of your business.", Shion replied.
"Yikes... This guy's cold!"
Shion cleared his throat and went back to speaking to whoever he was speaking to. "As I saying, we all have been awaiting your awakening for a long time. You are our hope. You are the one who can help us escape from the barriers of this country. You are the one who can help us create a future where alternates are all over the world. You are the one who can help us make it so that humanity is completely wiped and we become the inhabitants of all their bodies and this planet. Please... help us.
You are the one who can bring us salvation."
"TCH!"
"I hope you received my words and will consider giving us your aid."
Takeru was still confused. "So... were you speaking to evil Takeru?"
Shion got offended. "Shut your idiotic mouth, human. If you weren't his host, I would've already teared you apart limb from limb."
Takeru gulped.
Shion looked at his watch and said, "Alright, time's up."
"Huh? What do you me-" Takeru got teleported back to Kagurazaka, Shinjuku right in front of Yuko and Rento.
"Huh? You're back, Ichino-kun?", Yuko asked.
"Yeah... I guess so."
Rento looked concerned. "What the hell happened to you?"
"I don't know... I was randomly in the sewers and there was this one guy tha-"
"Senpai, we can't trust this 'Ichino Takeru'. I still hadn't bought the fact that he was some sort of a special case and now he's teleporting and shit. He's suspicious. There's still a high chance this is an alternate and not an alternate-user."
"I promise I'm me, man! It wasn't me who made the teleporting happen!"
Yuko looked over at Rento and said, "I believe him, Takahashi-kun." She looked back at Takeru and asked, "What happened to you in those sewers, Ichino-kun?"
"Well, there was this one guy tha-"
SMACK!
"EHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHE!!!!!!!!", The alternate laughed. Rento had gotten flung by a punch from the alternate.
"What the hell!? I thought you took it down, Takahashi-kun!?", Yuko asked.
Rento was now smashed into a wall. "I thought I did, Ikari-san... Somehow, it healed really quick and got stronger?"
"The alternate got stronger? That's not supposed to happen... Does this have something to do with Ichino-kun being a special case?"
"Go hide, Ichino-kun! Me and Takahashi-kun will take care of this."
Takeru nodded and ran into a random building. When Takeru went inside the building, the alternate started chasing after him.
"Its targeting Ichino-kun?"
Yuko threw a barrage of concussive force pulses at the alternate to push it back and keep it away from Takeru.
"UGUAHHHHHHH!!!!!!" The alternate became furious and started running towards Yuko. "You sure you can handle me, bud?"
Yuko stretched out her arms and wrapped them around the alternate making it completely immobile. She started smirking. "Takahashi-kun said you got stronger but you still can't escape from that? Geez... how weak must you been before the power-up?"
"EEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!", The alternate screamed in annoyance.
SLIT!
"EEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!", The alternate screamed in agony.
Yuko began stabbing the alternate again and again repeatedly after growing and sharpening her nails while still also keeping her arms wrapped around it.
"Get yourself out of this, sucker!"
Rento finally got up and screamed, "I'm coming to your aid, Senpai!" Yuko looked back at him and said, "Its all good. I've got the situation in complete contro-"
ROOOOOAAAARRRRR!
The alternate broke free from Yuko and she got sent flying back into Rento and he got smashed into the wall again. "Worth it!"
This alternate's unique ability was an extremely powerful roar that would decimate anything within a certain radius.
"Owww.... That roar hurt pretty bad...", Yuko said while laying on the ground along with Rento. Yuko tried to stab the the alternate again with her nails by stretching out her arms but this time, it didn't work. The alternate had somehow become even stronger.
The alternate slowly approached both of them while drooling on his mouth. He was clearly a very hungry boy.
Takeru was watching all this happen from a window on the 3rd floor of a random building.
"Oh shit! Oh shit! Oh shit!", He said in panic.
"Are they really gonna fucking die!? That thing was chasing me earlier... After it gets done with them, it'll come after me... Fuck... I'm so cooked, man! AHHHHHHH!!!!!! SHIT! SHIT! SHIT!"
He was terrified, shaking uncontrollably in fear. "Am I really gonna die? I never got to meet Hiroki and Kaito again... I never got to confess to Aiko-chan... Now that I'm thinking about it, my life was such a fucking waste! SHIT!"
"You'll do just fine out there."
In that moment, Takeru remembered Hikari's words. "No... I gotta do something... I have to save those 2. That Rento guy's a dick but Ikari-senpai has been so nice to me. I'm such a piece of shit for only thinking about myself... I need to think of something... SOMETHING! ANYTHING! PLEASE, HELP ME! GEEZ, IF ONLY I LEARNED USEFUL SHIT INSTEAD OF JUST READING MANGA ALL THE TIME! LOOK AT ME NOW! IF ONLY I WAS ONE OF THOSE MARTIAL ARTS PEOPLE INSTEAD OF A FUCKING OTA- wait..."
Takeru began focusing on trying to use the 2nd form. He tried to tap into what he did when he healed his teeth.
"EHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHE!"
Yuko and Rento were still on the ground trying to get up. Just as the alternate was about to try and devour Yuko and Rento, Takeru suddenly popped up.
"Over here! Over here! Over here, alternate guy!" Takeru was taunting the alternate. He was surprisingly confident for someone who was just cowering in fear. It seemed he had something major up his sleeve.
The alternate began running towards Takeru and just as it was about to reach him...
BANG!
A direct hit on the balls. The alternate fell over in pain. "Come on, you two! Get here and start kicking this guy's balls!"
Yuko and Rento immediately got up and ran over. "Takahashi-kun, just focus on keeping its mouth shut so it can't roar. Me and Ichino-kun will focus on kicking its balls."
"Got it, Senpai!", Rento said with a bright smile on his face.
BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG!
While Yuko was kicking its balls with Takeru, she looked over to him and saw a genuine smile on his face. "Good for you, Ichino-kun..."
Takeru was having the time of his life. "Wow! This is fucking awesome! I feel just like Jiden from Mainsaw Chan!
Ahhh... I still remember that chapter where he started kicking Matana Kan's balls... Me and Kaito talked about it for days. Good times..."
After a long session of kicking its balls, the alternate finally seemed to have lost its consciousness.
"Phew... We can just kill it now.", Yuko said.
"Already on it, Senpai.", Rento replied.
Yuko looked over at Takeru and said, "I'm proud of you, Ichino-kun. You figured out how to use the 2nd form and used it on your leg to hit the alternate's balls."
"Yeah... I guess I am a natural after all, Senpai."
Rento looked over at Takeru and said, "Well, alright... Its dead. I stabbed it from the inside since it somehow became too durable on the outside. We just have 4 more to collect and the new kid can eat them all."
"Oh, oka- WHAAAAAAAAAAAT!!!!!!!!!!!????????"
The next morning, Yuko and Rento headed to The Chairman's office. There, they told him about Takeru being some sort of a special case. After what had happened yesterday, Yuko thought it to be careless to not inform SOMA.
After hearing about Takeru's special nature, The Chairman first punished Yuko and Rento by making them clean the dorms of other Groups for not informing him earlier.
"This room smells like ass, Ikari-san..."
"Maybe it's cause they're too busy, Takahashi-kun? Hehe..."
Then, Ichino Takeru had been assigned to a different group.
