I got sheepish and became lost for words.
Hades looked down at his injured hand for a long while, then started packing up his documents on the table.
“Y-Your Grace?”
“…Good for you. You got to use your ability right away.”
He was upset! He was absolutely upset!
I could tell instinctively. Simultaneously, I felt so sorry that I ran to Hades at once.
“Give me your hand, Your Grace.”
Hades stared at me without a word and then reached out his right hand where he got hurt. That moment when I took away Abel’s wound, I could instinctively sense how I should be using my ability.
The sensation I had when I absorbed the wound was quite impactful and was hard to forget.
The pain absorbed disappeared even before I could feel it in Abel’s place.
I must have neutralized the pain I’ve absorbed from Abel.
“Now…, get well, Hya!”
As I briefly concentrated on holding onto Hades’ wrist, it indeed felt like the time I did it on Abel.
