"Don't worry, Mrs. and Mr. Greene, she's under my protection."
Taeyung stepped forward. He'd left work to meet me at the airport and take me to Mouse's after.
Karen smiled at him and Chris put a hand on his shoulder.
"I don't know what that means, exactly but it sounds serious." Chris laughed.
Taeyung just smirked.
I knew what it meant.
It meant he would tear the city apart to help me find her.
It meant he would spill rivers of blood to protect her.
All because I loved her.
"It means she's important to Phoebe, the next Mrs. Kim of the Kim Group, so she's important to me." Taeyung held an expression of strict indifference.
