Aria's POV
By noon, I was exhausted and we hadn't even started yet. I'd been sneered at, dismissed, and had my credentials questioned more times than I could count.
Leah and I found a quiet corner to regroup.
"This is worse than I thought," I admitted. "I knew there would be resistance, but this feels like everyone's already made up their minds before I've even presented."
"Not everyone. I've seen wolves wearing your color."
"My color?"
Leah pointed to a group of younger wolves across the lobby. They were all wearing silver ribbons pinned to their jackets. The same silver as Moonvale's pack colors.
"They're showing support," Leah explained. "It started on social media. Wolves who believe in what you're doing, who want the Council exposed. They're calling themselves the Silver Movement."
I felt tears burning in my eyes. "I didn't know."
"There are more of them than you think. They're just quieter than your detractors."
