Alessandro kept Elena pinned beneath him, his grip on her wrists tight, his body heavy on top of hers.
"Talk," he demanded, voice low and dangerous. "What happened in that bathroom?"
Elena's heart was hammering so hard she could barely breathe. Her robe had slipped open again, one of her breasts completely exposed, pressed against his chest. She could feel how hard he was against her thigh.
She turned her face away, refusing to meet his eyes.
"Nothing happened," she whispered.
Alessandro's free hand grabbed her jaw, forcing her to look at him.
"Bullshit," he growled. "Your lips are still swollen. Your skin is flushed. You ran away from me like you were guilty. So I'm going to ask you one more time…"
