Quinn wasn't the kind of person to receive any forms of physical affection. In fact, the last time he remembered getting a hug was back when he was 4 years old in a supermarket, so to suddenly find himself getting embraced by a person whom he barely knew was certainly uncomfortable.
"Um… Vorden?" Quinn tried bringing up, only to get squeezed harder.
'Any tighter, and I think my bones might pop!'
That was when the teacher ran over, and looked over the two students.
"Are you two okay?" She asked.
"Vorden" remained silent, but Quinn stared at her with pleading eyes, and mouthed 'save me.'
Merah crouched down to "Vorden's" level and began speaking in a soft voice, "What can I do to help?"
"Vorden" loosened his hug, and slightly turned his head towards Merah. He was still silent.
"What are you feeling?"
"Vorden's" tears continued to fall.
"… Are you unable to speak?" She asked.
"Vorden" nodded, and she hummed, understanding.
