-The Salvation's Seven Families are a consequence of this, in our Shared reality they don't exist.
-Same for the Shape Shifters, or this academy.
-Both TIME and Salvation exist as they are due to my interference, I don't exactly know how they were originally TIME took over the body but Salvation showed herself during a near death experience for TIME.
-So TIME is something like a Higher Spirit like yourself, just that TIME got reincarnated rather than remain around.

-Does this tie to what you said about souls? That they will be, are and were?
-As in, does the Shared Reality follow the same rules?

-Anything that could be will be, was and is.
-The same rule applies to Reality as a whole, It makes possibility not plausibility.
-For example before transmigration I was at risk of entering the other reality and not be an Avatar of God.
-Because the trauma I assimilated from TIME is from there, But I did see some other similar entity near the universe where I first observed her, as well as another timeline where she was less friendly.
-I think they are a split timeline, I used it for this world as well.

So even someone like her..it, doesn't have full authority over reincarnation.
-So God doesn't have authority over Reincarnation?

-That is the authority of the Underworld, it exists in many forms and names but it has the second highest authority after the Information Layer.
-They decide who gets what, and if they actually need to go somewhere.
-All I could do is define one of the spaces where the soul could go.
-And if they decide that one gets power that doesn't obey the current laws they can literally make the reincarnation have its own set of laws.
So God is not all powerful as I thought it would be..
I got my hopes up, I never even thought that a God could be constrained by rules.

-There are plenty other versions of my Identity in the other shared reality having the Will Exchange Law and a mini Causality Membrane as their powers.
-Along with World Changing Song, even though they are not Ahih.
-Its like giving the soul the ability to express itself so that the unfinished business is finished, after that the Underworld can finally process them since there is no x factor to the soul that could break the causality of a world.
-I am quite jealous of those guys, they don't have the responsibility that comes with power and they can actually befriend..
