Chapter 84 - AHIH Memories

This memory happens sometime after AHIH ascended.

In the skies of the southern side of the continent.

It was night and the two moons were at their zenith, there was a city below surrounded by sand, the architecture of the buildings was incredibly detailed, the buildings were made out of carved sandstone, the city itself seemed to have been carved out of a mountain of sandstone.

This was Najif city, one of the oldest main cities of the southern desert that was held at bay by Behatot Mountain Range, it was ruled by one of the six princes that carved the deserts in personal city states, this tradition held strong for a thousand years.

In recent years, the ruling Prince of Najif brought in a self made copy of the church of AHIH, which was mainly worshiped by non human races, placing himself as the top of the church he expanded the church eventually launching a Coup to another prince and replacing him with one of his bishops.

The spread of this religion was enforced by law, it was a way to enforce his authority by using divine might, this was by using AHIH who was canonized to be the spouse of Nehatot the Sand Dragon a dragon worshiped by most people in this vast desert.

He made himself a blessed without the will of AHIH, and thus AHIH cast its attention on him as soon as it awakened.

The air seemed to vibrate with a low frequency buzz, eventually the foggy AHIH who recently ascended was grabbing Jack's spirit body, this was one of the abilities of the Ahih race, they are partially spirits and thus part concept allowing them to interact with manifested concepts of the Conceptual Layer.

The two of them first appeared as as if they were sliced like bread, eventually many different spheres came into being as they rotated back and forth before shrinking back and making the 'slice' of AHIH and Jack a proper full version of themselves.

They used the conceptual layer to travel instantly across thousands of kilometers, this was due to the conceptual layer not being subject to any physical laws, thus allowing Faster Than Light travel and even time traveling if one had Time Sensitivity and felt when they were in time and not just where they are.

Jack spoke, clearly shaken.

-I saw everything, down to the smallest of things.

-I looked at the world as if it was a low quality drawing.

-And I remember all of it.

-I understand it all.

Jack kept going at it before AHIH slammed its foggy hand into its chest allowing him to snap back to reality.

-You good?

Jack responded.

-What was that?

-You said its fast travel not existential ascension!

AHIH responded.

-What you just saw was perfect third dimensional perception, I shared my senses with you since you are a spirit and you won't get overloaded.

-You'll get used to it.

Jack instantly cut AHIH off.

-Get used to it? Ain't no way, I'd rather travel thousands of kilometers by myself rather than do that again.

AHIH interfered with the response.

-If you want to find Time and shift timelines as to find The Guide then you'd have to do this yet again.

-Stop being lazy and learn to get used to the fourth dimension.

Jack spoke in response.

-And you called yourself normal..

-What sort of normal person uses another layer of reality to travel down the continent?

AHIH smiled before responding.

-This one!

The two of them kept at it before AHIH focused down on the city.

-Alright lets get back to what we came here for.

Placing its hands forward, a song that seemed to permeate through anything enveloped the city, the song itself was heard without being felt, it didn't vibrate the buildings yet it was loud enough to force one to their knees.

The song instantly covered the entire city in an instant.

A feeling of complete vulnerability could be felt by anyone that heard the song, as if all of they being was being seen through.

Inside the sandstone carved palace at the top the Prince and the ruler of this city state instantly dropped to his knees, his eyes filled with hopelessness fully understanding the why and what was happening to him.

Immediately many bursts of bright lights, as bright as the desert's sun, could be seen all over the city for the duration of the song, three minutes.

The Prince, His supporters and those using the faith for their own goals were erased, instantly and painlessly turned to light that would make people blind for day to come.

AHIH looked at the city bellow before talking to Jack, to justify this action.

-Parasitizing a faith is a dangerous action, it invites retribution especially from spirits dependent on faith.

-I may not need faith, but they used my name for their goals.

-I could've bestowed onto him horror for the rest of his life.

-I could've made mutilate his body while keeping him alive, keeping him eternally as conscious immobile flesh.

-But I am merciful.
