Loreen's POV
Sairis settled onto the long couch and crossed his arms.
"If you think getting me into your quarters after what happened in that office is going to make me forgive you," he said, "then you need to think harder than that."
Loreen looked at him. He had never once thought of Sairis as someone easy to get into his bed.
He had spent weeks trying to get the Omega's attention and had been turned down once when he tried to kiss Sairis, with a bluntness that had stayed with him for days.
Well, at the very least, he had succeeded in getting Sairis into his quarters. The rest, he hoped, would come naturally after that.
He cleared his throat, ignoring what Sairis had just said. "Is there anything you need," Loreen said. "Water, food. I can send word to the kitchen to prepare something."
Sairis eyed him. His arms stayed crossed. "No," he said.
Loreen looked at him. "You are making this difficult," he muttered.
Sairis arched a brow. "Am I." He mumbled.
