There was a knock on the door.
"Please. Come in." Carter said.
A man in a well dressed suit came inside.
"Dr. Victor Frankenstein! It's a pleasure to meet you."
They shook hands.
"Likewise. May I ask for your name, Mister..."
The man chuckled gently, "Doctor actually. I'm Doctor Larry Hugo. I wasn't in the Institute when you brought Dr. Parker inside."
"Ah. Dr. Hugo. I did hear about you. Your work in Blood Transfusion is very commendable."
Larry scratched his head. "My work is nothing compared to you, Dr. Frankenstein. You have solved a mystery that the entire Anglas can't solve."
Carter shook his head, "I didn't solve it, Dr. Hugo. There were many more brilliant men before me that solved it and perfected it. I only had excellent teachers."
"Oh. How much would I pay to be taught by those teachers as well."
Larry sighed. Then he placed a document and a medallion on the table.
