Chapter 369: Syr: "Why Does This Soul Look Like a Salted Duck Egg? It's Oozing with Yellow Oil!"

....

Hearing Seito's words, Hestia nodded.

The first question was answered, but what about the second one? Hestia kept her eyes locked on Seito.

"As for Zeus..."

Seito rubbed his chin and replied, "I'm leaning toward the idea that he simply hasn't noticed us."

Although Zeus was very strong—a powerful god at the peak of the God-King Realm—Seito figured the old ruler most likely had no idea they were here. Even without Seito's spatial tracking immunity, his current rank alone was at the late stage of the God-King Realm! If Zeus had actually detected him, Seito would have easily sensed the energy ping from the old man's tracking arrays.

Hearing his words, Hestia froze entirely.

"You've already broken through to the late stage of the God-King Realm?!"

Hestia was deeply shocked, though she quickly calmed down. Since she believed Seito was an old, long-dormant God-King who had recently woken up, a rapid power recovery over such a short time wasn't entirely impossible. Still, this explained how Seito managed to smoothly bypass Zeus's security fields.

"Correct," Seito nodded flatly.

"But this is still going to be a huge problem," Hestia's brows knit into a tight, worried frown. "You are outside gods to this world. If you wander around this planet without making a formal Familia, your foreign energy tracks will eventually be flagged by the universe. While most of the local gods won't care, Zeus is incredibly strict about tracking outsiders!"

The rules of the Western Mythos Faction were exceptionally rigid. Because Zeus strictly kept the local gods from contacting external gods from the higher floors, the residents of Orario lived incredibly boring lives. Most of the deities who came down to the lower world were simply looking for some entertainment to kill time.

If Seito and his companions remained unlinked to the local system, their foreign footprints would eventually draw a huge wave of attention from the local rulers. After all, these outside gods were completely different from the native deities of the Western Mythos Faction.

"A Familia, huh?" Seito tapped his chin, thinking over the options for a brief moment.

"Wait right here for a few minutes."

The moment the words left his lips, his figure blurred, vanishing clean off the planet.

His sudden departure caught Hestia completely off guard. She didn't recognize either Kirukiru Amou or Maple, and she had been waiting for Seito to introduce the group.

"Hello there! My name is Kirukiru Amou, but you can call me the Empress. I'm the Goddess of War under the Space Divine Faction," Kirukiru Amou offered a bright, cheerful introduction.

"I'm Maple, though my real name is Kaede Honjo. I'm the Goddess of the Earth for our faction," Maple followed suit, sharing her real name since Kirukiru had used hers.

Seeing that both goddesses had openly shared their names, Hestia relaxed considerably.

"Nice to meet you both! I am Hestia, one of the Twelve Olympians of the Western Mythos Faction."

The three goddesses completed their basic introductions and quickly fell into a lively, casual chat.

A short while later.

Orario, Inside the Hostess of Fertility Pub.

The store manager and several waitresses stood behind the main bar counter, staring blankly at the patrons packing the room.

To the side, Kirukiru Amou and Maple were burying their faces in their hands, finding the scene far too embarrassing to look at directly. Beside them, Hestia's mouth was twitching wildly.

The root cause of their distress was incredibly simple.

The entire pub had been completely filled to maximum capacity by a huge wave of men dressed in matching black business suits. These suited men were none other than the core elite members of Seito's personal guild!

"Eat up and drink your fill, everyone! In a few minutes, we're heading over to the Guild to register as official adventurers and form my brand-new Familia!" Seito stood right in the center of the room, raising his tavern mug high into the air.

That was right! His plan was incredibly straightforward. Instead of wasting time recruiting the local people of Orario, it was much faster to simply bring his own high-level guild members over and register them as his formal Familia!

"Boss! Don't you worry about a thing! The second I finish this meat, I'm backing you up!" Kitahara Iori shouted at the top of his lungs, taking a huge bite out of a giant comic-style meat bone before raising his mug to toast.

"Me too!"

"Count me in!"

"Same here!"

The guild members raised their mugs together, cheering wildly. With such an incredibly fun plan on the table, why would they stay behind?

Before bringing them through the spatial gate, Seito had already given them a thorough breakdown of the adventurer levels used in Orario. The system was mapped from Level 1 to Level 10. Compared to the standard levels of the God Domain, the translation was simple:

God Domain Lv. 1–10: Maps to Orario Level 1

God Domain Lv. 11–20: Maps to Orario Level 2

(And so on, following the same pattern...)

The guild members brought to this floor were all max-level powerhouses sitting comfortably at the Level 100 ceiling. In this world's metrics, a Level 100 character translated straight into a legendary, world-breaking Level 10 adventurer! There was absolutely nothing more satisfying than diving into an unknown low-level planet to flex a completely maxed-out character profile!

"Hey, Syr... do you get the feeling that these people are absurdly strong?" Anya, the cat-eared waitress, whispered quietly, nudging Syr beside her.

Standing beside her, the polite, innocent-looking girl blinked her eyes and asked softly, "Are they really that strong?"

This girl was none other than Syr Flova—or more accurately, the disguised Freya, the Goddess of Beauty!

In the original story of this world, Freya was a notoriously fickle deity driven entirely by her desires. Her single favorite hobby was using her divine charm to collect exceptional children from other Familias and bring them under her personal control. Her method was incredibly direct, often using her absolute beauty to win over her targets.

"Aren't they?" Anya blinked, completely confused by her reaction.

"I can't quite tell," Syr murmured, a deeply bizarre expression crossing her face.

It was common knowledge that Freya possessed a unique divine talent that allowed her to clearly see the color and quality of mortal souls. Since Syr was basically an extension of Freya herself, she naturally shared this soul-sight capability.

But right now... Syr could barely process what she was seeing.

The souls of Kitahara Iori and the rest of the guild members contained an exceptionally bizarre cluster of "yellow beans!" Their spiritual essence wasn't bright and shining like the legendary heroes of old. Instead, their souls were packed with countless strange little yellow beans that looked incredibly goofy, dancing and fooling around inside their cores. If she had to summarize their souls with a single word, it would be "absolute trolls!"

However...! That wasn't even the most shocking thing in the room.

The single person that left Syr completely frozen in absolute disbelief was Seito, who was currently standing in the center of the hall!

She was merely the Goddess of Beauty. Her soul-sight was fundamentally restricted to mortals—she shouldn't be able to see the soul of a genuine divine being! Yet, right now, Seito's inner soul was laid completely bare before her eyes.

How exactly should she describe it?

It was radiating a brilliant, deep golden-yellow color, practically overflowing with rich energy! It looked exactly like a premium, slow-cooked salted duck egg that was literally oozing with thick yellow oil!

Syr's expression turned incredibly colorful. She couldn't even begin to imagine just how fundamentally shameless a god's inner desires had to be to manifest a soul that was quite literally dripping with pure oil!
