Chapter 357: Power Distribution in the God-King Star Sector, Four Factions with Main God Authority!

....

Hearing her explanation, Seito felt a wave of relief. With that piece of information, everything clicked into place perfectly.

"Could you tell me a little more about the current layout of the God-King Star Sector?" Seito spoke up again. "I just woke up from a long slumber, so it feels like things have completely changed around here."

He had zero intention of letting her know that he was a newcomer who had literally just broken through to this floor. His top priority was to safely fish for intelligence regarding the geopolitical landscape of the God-King Star Sector before officially planting his boots on the ground.

"No wonder!" Hestia sighed with warm realization.

It made perfect sense to her now why Seito had wandered straight into the territorial border of their Western Mythos Faction—it turned out he was a long-dormant god who had just woken up.

However... thinking up to this point, her gaze shifted. For a god to sleep so heavily that he missed the massive structural overhauls of the entire sector, his baseline metrics had to be incredibly dense! He was bound to be an ancient, seasoned powerhouse of the God-King Star Sector! And ancient powerhouses usually wielded the terrifying force of a peak God-King!

In an instant, a wave of performance pressure hit Hestia, prompting her to immediately trigger her own hidden parameters!

BOOM!!

A massive, sweeping wave of divine energy instantly erupted from her petite frame, expanding across the valley!

"???" Seito stood completely dumbfounded.

They were having a perfectly normal, polite chat—why on earth did she suddenly choose this exact microsecond to trigger an upgrade sequence? Thoroughly mystified, Seito paused to calculate the variables. A moment later, a look of realization crossed his face.

She must have completely misread my cover story. Otherwise, there was zero logical reason for Hestia to suddenly force a breakthrough. She had clearly filled in the blanks with her own wild imagination.

Seito offered a helpless, amused smile, silently standing by the side to let the process finalize.

A few moments later... the raging aura restabilized, and Hestia successfully breached the absolute ceiling into the God-King Realm! Yet, her metrics didn't stop climbing; they surged forward smoothly until her status track locked into the mid-stage of the God-King Realm!

Watching her casual double-jump left Seito completely speechless.

"Eh???"

Having finalized her parameters, Hestia automatically scanned Seito's active energy wavelengths. She froze instantly, letting out a bewildered, high-pitched gasp: "You... you're only at the mid-stage of the God-King Realm?!"

"Yeah," Seito nodded flatly. "I am indeed at the mid-stage of the God-King Realm. Your own mind just ran away with the data, didn't it?"

"Uh... context error..." Hestia scratched her head in absolute embarrassment.

This was incredibly awkward. She had genuinely assumed Seito was a hidden, world-class peak monster. But on second thought, it made perfect sense—whoever said an ancient sleeping god had to be at the absolute peak? What if he had simply gone to sleep as a mid-stage God-King and just happened to wake up today? She realized she had been far too tightly wound.

"Alright, let's head straight back to our original topic," Seito smoothly shifted the conversational track to bail her out of the awkwardness.

"Right!" Hestia nodded, a surge of genuine goodwill toward Seito filling her heart. She quickly dove into the briefing: "The structural distribution of the God-King Star Sector is actually quite chaotic because the resident God-Kings almost never step out of their domains. Geographically, we map the continent into five primary zones: East, South, West, North, and Central."

"The Eastern, Southern, Western, and Northern regions are each explicitly controlled by a single, supreme God-King who commands an active license of Main God Authority. As for the rest of the God-Kings who lack authority parameters, they are all packed tightly into the Central Zone."

"Our Western Mythos Faction naturally holds absolute dominion over the Western Region."

Hearing her breakdown, Seito rested his chin in his hand. Her description was clean, precise, and logically sound.

According to the data, this entire continent housed exactly four supreme God-Kings who wielded the legendary Main God Authority. The remaining independent God-Kings who did not possess an authority license were all huddled together within the Central Region. Since his current coordinates sat at the edge of the Western Region, if he wanted to firmly plant his boots on this floor, heading into the Central Region was the most tactically sound blueprint.

After all, that was where the highest density of God-Kings resided.

"Right now, I'm planning to head down to one of the mortal planets under our jurisdiction to have some fun. Do you want to come along?" Hestia offered brightly. She needed to descend right away to scout for potential candidates and build her Familia, so she couldn't afford to linger here chatting with Seito for too long.

"Thanks for the offer, but I'll pass for now," Seito replied, shaking his head. While tagging along with a petite goddess to watch her establish a Familia sounded highly entertaining, his primary priority was still to lock down the baseline metrics of the wider star sector. Therefore, he politely declined.

"Alright then," Hestia nodded, refusing to force the issue. She offered him a cheerful wave. "I'll be heading down first, then!"

"Mhm," Seito nodded back.

With a flash of light, Hestia transformed into a radiant beam and shot out of the God-King Star Sector.

Once her energy signature completely faded from his tracking grid, Seito stood in place, finalizing his operational strategy. The geopolitical landscape of the God-King Star Sector was perfectly transparent now—he needed to advance into the Central Region and establish a sovereign foothold as quickly as possible!

"There's no need to rush headfirst, though. I'll scope out the local intelligence first," Seito thought to himself. Without another second of delay, he dissolved into a streak of light and vanished from the sector.

The Central Region of the God-King Star Sector.

Compared to the serene, harmonious landscape of the Western Region, the Central Region could only be described by a single phrase: an absolute war zone.

Thick columns of black smoke billowed into the horizon, and a heavy, reddish-black sky blanketed the entire central grid. The scorched terrain was littered with the broken husks of fallen gods, rivers of shimmering golden divine blood stained the valleys, and smoking ruins of ancient divine palaces stretched out as far as the eye could see.

The moment Seito stepped into the sector, his brows knit into a deep grimace.

"The environmental parameters of this Central Region truly are abysmally harsh."

"And more importantly..." Seito scanned the structural data of the scattered god corpses. In a total war waged between rival God-Kings, these low-tier gods were clearly the ones who suffered the most catastrophic casualties—they were effectively used as nothing more than frontline cannon fodder for the vanguard armies!

"These independent God-Kings are likely trying to slaughter one another to harvest and absorb rival divine power pools. While their baseline efficiency can't possibly match the absolute conversion rate of my Spatial Suit, the accumulated points from these trades must still be quite substantial."

Slaying gods to harvest divine energy was standard protocol on this floor. However, compared to Seito's broken system gear, regular gods could only siphon a miserable fraction of a target's total pool upon execution.

"What's the smartest entry point for me here?" Seito fell into deep contemplation. Given the current complexity of the multi-faction war, jumping blindly into the fray without calculating the exact power scaling of the local God-Kings was an absolute tactical mistake.

"Hmph! To think a stray rat actually managed to slip through our perimeter!"

Suddenly, an arrogant voice barked from behind, causing Seito to calmly turn his head. Floating proudly in the sky above him was a male angel at the peak of the God-rank, glaring down at him with immense disdain.

Seito tracked the sheer arrogance and contempt burning in the angel's eyes, his face completely devoid of emotional ripples. Watching a peak God-rank piece of trash look down on him like a supreme ruler was so absurd it made him want to laugh out loud.

"Speak! Which God-King's army do you belong to?!" the male angel bellowed, a brilliant longsword manifesting in his grip as he leveled the point straight at Seito's face.

"Heh," Seito merely offered a soft, amused chuckle. He didn't bother to waste a single syllable in response, silently allowing his core energy track to ignite.

"Die!"

BOOM!

The absolute, crushing weight of a God-King's aura dropped onto the male angel like a collapsing galaxy. In a fraction of a millisecond, the angel's entire physical structure was instantly vaporized into microscopic dust! Not a single shred of a corpse was left behind—he was cleanly erased from the world matrix!

Stretching his arms lazily, Seito let a relaxed, mocking smile play across his lips. "When did peak God-rank trash earn the systemic right to bark so loudly in front of a God-King?"
