If it hadn't been for the sacrifice of Riku and Schwi, it was debatable whether humanity would even exist on Disboard. On that planet, humans possessed no supernatural power. As the one who held all authority over the world, Tet hadn't granted humans a single drop of power, leaving them to live like ants. From this alone, one could see he didn't have a shred of human emotion.
As for why he acknowledged humans after Riku and Schwi died and used the Star Grail's power to reshape the world into a "game world"? It was simply because Riku had come within a hair's breadth of beating him. He is the God of Games; he only cares about what interests him.

"Seito-nii, do you plan to have the Fatui Guild participate in the war?" Shiro asked curiously.
"Yeah," Seito nodded. "But before that, let's hunt a few gods first." It was high time he gathered Godheads for all the Harbingers.
"Mhm!" Shiro nodded firmly.
"The first Godhead will be the Divinity of Sound," Seito said, closing his eyes and expanding his spatial perception to cover the entire galaxy.

Yun Qingge was currently hiding behind a jagged rock, his heart filled with immense regret.
Since giving the Poison Godhead to Seito yesterday, he had found a new target in the Domain of the Gods: Cheng Xi, the God of Music from a certain musical planet! This Cheng Xi was a muscular male god who looked like he'd be hard to mess with.
Of course, if that were all, it would be fine. The problem was that Cheng Xi was a total creep! He had a disturbing obsession with male gods!
What's worse, his strength was on par with Yun Qingge's. Initially, Yun Qingge thought he could wear the guy down and kill him, but the more they fought, the more "excited" Cheng Xi became. Too twisted! He swore that once Seito arrived in the Domain of the Gods, he'd find this creep and get his revenge immediately. Stepping out from his cover, Yun Qingge began wandering the dead star, thinking about who to target next. Gods are too risky; maybe I should stick to Pseudo-Gods for a bit.
"Eh? Is that... a Divine Artifact?!"
Out of the corner of his eye, he spotted a short flute emitting a divine glow lying on the ground. Yun Qingge froze. Holy crap! A Divine Artifact just lying there? Is my luck finally changing?
As a rogue god without a home planet, he didn't have many resources—only two artifacts to his name. Seeing another one made him tremble with excitement. Without hesitation, he rushed over.
"I guess after being chased by a pervert, my luck is balancing out," Yun Qingge chuckled, leaning over to pick it up.
At that exact moment, his entire body went stiff! He felt two large, rough hands slide firmly onto his waist from behind.
"Oh~ Brother Qingge~ You can't run anymore~!"
A terrifyingly familiar voice rang out right behind his ear. Yun Qingge's eyes went wide. He realized it now—this wasn't luck. This was a "Honey Trap"!
Cheng Xi sneered, his grip tightening as he prepared to "claim" his prize.

Right at that second, Seito and his three companions materialized on the scene. When they saw Cheng Xi holding Yun Qingge, they were instantly turned to stone.

BOOM!! Seito unleashed a devastating attack. A violent, localized spatial grinding force instantly blanketed the dead star. His eyes glowed with a cold, golden light. He turned toward Yun Qingge and used Kamui to warp the "Gou God" into his pocket dimension to keep him out of the way for now.
