"Have analysed it. What are the results? Is it safe? Any side effects?" said Cecil to a scientist who approached him.
"None sir, it is completely safe, it's truly amazing, haven't seen anything like it in my whole life!
answered the scientist while looking at the artifact with amazement."
But Cicel only cared about one thing and asked.
"Can you mass-produce it?"
The scientist's gaze turned moody and he answered.
"No,we cannot even replicate it; those who made it must have possessed extremely advanced technology."
Cecil sighed when he heard this, looked at one of the vials in his hands and pulled up his sleeve,he hesitated for a moment but then thought about their enemy,and with resolve, he injected the vial.
The scientist was stupefied by this and grabbed the now screaming Cicel.
"You're calling this safe!"said Cicel, who was agony.
"Sir, the serum rapidly evolves your body. Of course there's going to be pain!" answered the scientist as if it were the most obvious thing in the world.
After 30 minutes the agony stopped and Cecil, who was lying down at an operating table, slowly stood up.
The scientists who were observing the transformation gasped when they saw Cicel's appearance.
Cicel asked with worry.
"Why are you looking at me like I turned into a lizard?"
The scientists didn't answer; they simply gave Cicel a mirror.
The moment Cicel glanced at his reflection, his eyes widened,his head was full of hair,the colour turned from grey to blond, like when he was young,all his scars, including the one on his mouth, were gone,his wrinkled face was now like a youngster's,his blue eyes now became a darker blue,his body was perfect slender but full of power.
Cicel by sheer habit, was about to teleport using his device,but before he could even do that,his body had reappeared outside of the hidden base,he had teleported?
With suspicion, Cicel did something he would never usually do,he took out the teleportation device and put it on the ground,he turned to a distant mountain and thought about teleporting there,and in an instant, Cicel was teleported to the mountain peak now overlooking the horizon,he had gained the ability to teleport,not only that, but his body,it felt powerful, too powerful,like he could lift a 10 tonne car above his head,he had become a superhuman.
"Note: if an ordinary human were to take the evolution serum without being a super soldier, they would evolve to something called a superhuman,a superhuman's strength varied depending on their genes; some could awaken animal-like abilities and other eve more powerful ones, like teleportation,their physical strength can go lifting 5 tonnes, which is the average strength to lifting 100 tones which is the absolute limit for a superhuman evolved by the evolution serum,their lifespan is around 2000 years.
Above a certain house floated a tall figure with black wings looking at the window to see a family of three: a youngster around 18 years old,a man who looked to be in his forties and a woman around thirty years old.
But Eldrin's eyes were locked on a specific figure, the global hero Omniman. He was thinking about whether he should try to kill him or not,try because Eldrin is more than aware that Omni Man won't be an easy opponent at all, but Eldrin has two great advantages,physical attacks do not work on him and black magic can bypass physical defense.
But Eldrin, even with those advantages, was hesitating. Omni man, although a man who has done terrible things, has a chance at redemption. Eldrin could see it; his previously cold, dead heart now had a spark of light.
Eldrin waited until the family of three went to their beds to sleep and after that, he used black magic to give Omni Man nightmares so realistic that they may as well be an alternate reality.

What am I doing?! stop! stop! .Though Omni Man in fear as tried to control his body to stop punching his son but no matter what he did, it did not work, he body didn't listen to him!
"NOLAN STOP!" The voice of a crying woman could be heard from behind Nolan.
Debbie listen to me, that's not me, I'm being controlled! .Though Omni-Man,but he could not even speak. His body then stopped punching Mark and turned to Debbie, who froze when she saw Nolan's emotionless yet disdainful expression.
"SHUT UP, you're just a pet to me,this kid is a failure to the Viltrum Empire"spat Nolan as he backhanded Debbie,but not with enough force to kill.
Debbie cried and shouted.
"WHO ARE YOU?! WHAT DID YOU DO TO MY NOLEN!"
Don't listen to him! His lying, you're not a pet your my wife! though Nolan was in despair , but his body spoke.
"I am Nolan!, You inferior being. I never loved you; I simply used you. My mission was to conquer this planet for the Viltrum Empire and find a race suitable to reproduce Viltrumites."
His expression turned to disgust and disappointment.
WAIT, STOP, NO, DON'T DO IT! though Nolan with absolute despair, knowing what his body was about to do.
"But you and your son are failures!"Nolan grabbed the crying Debbie by the neck and with a slight tap.
Crack!
Her body, after twitching for a few moments, became limp.
"NOOOOOOO! MOM!"screamed the bloodied mark with tears coming out of his eyes.
Nolan who was crying, had taken control of his body,but it was too late. Debbie was already dead.
''It wasn't me,that wasn't me"muttered Nolan with dead eyes, but he knew the truth,as a viltrumite, this is what he would do in case his son didn't meet the standards of a viltrumite.
"YOU ARE A MONSTER! YOU ARE NOT MY FATHER!"screamed Mark as he punched Nolan in the face with all his strength.
BAAAAM!
Nolan was so consumed by grief and guilt that he didn't even react to the punch; he just stood there, kneeling to the ground and looking at the dead Debbie beside him.
This nightmare played on repeat again and again and again and after 8 hours of guilt, despair, and grief, a distorted voice whispered in his ear.
"This is who you will become If you continue to stand with Viltrum. You have only one chance to change; otherwise, this will become your future, Nolan."
